Accueil agréable malgré un enregistrement impossible suite a une panne du logiciel. On nous a même offert des boissons et un petit chocolat.

J'ai réservé très tard le soir et n'ai eu aucun problème pour le check-in. Le monsieur à la réception était très agréable, d'un calme et d'une gentillesse très appréciable après des heures de routes !
Très content du petit-déjeuner également et de la gentillesse de tout le personnel.
Pour les fans de course à pied, il y a de nombreux itinéraires pour aller courir autour du lac à proximité.

Première chambre sans eau chaude, troisième lit pas fait, chauffage qui chauffait très peu même à fond, une serviette pour 3 personnes.
Deuxième chambre, chauffage à moitié décroché du mur, lumière qui scintille, étagère dans la salle de bain qui pend et sur le point de tomber (juste au dessus des toilettes...), carte d'accès à la chambre qui ne fonctionne pas dès le deuxième jour, infiltrations d'humidité sur le bas du mur.
Petit déjeuner très très limité en choix et en quantité, aucune salle dédiée, assez froid car situé dans le hall d'entré.
Personnel agréable et qui tente de trouver des solutions aux problèmes.

Très bien, accueil assuré malgré l’heure tardive de mon arrivée. Un petit bémol , la commande du radiateur est détériorée, le thermostat était bloqué à 29.
Agréablement surprise par l’insonorisation du bâtiment.

Je ne m’attendais pas à du grand luxe pour un ibis budget mais je m’attendais à un minimum de service client.
En effet, venant avec mon fils pour le match des JO de hand le lendemain matin, nous souhaitions regarder le match de basket ensemble dans la chambre. La tv ou la télécommande ne fonctionnait pas et la personne à l’accueil n en avait strictement rien à faire. Avoir des problèmes ce n’est pas grave mais c’est sympa d’essayer de les résoudre.
J’ai clairement l’impression que mon interlocuteur n’en avait rien à faire.
Pour 107€ la nuit c’est la loose

Although we booked 3 months ahead we still had to make our own bed. Breakfast was so basic that they also don’t have plates so we had to eat off the tray. When we put eggs into the boiler 2 were floating. Room was so small for 3 people that I booked for we had to leave the luggage in the car couldn’t move around with 2 people let alone 3 . Stay away and pay a little more. Don’t have breakfast even if it’s free.

+ Bon accueil à l'arrivée
+ Petit déjeuner servi jusqu'à 10h30 (weekend)
- Les grooms des portes sont mal réglés, les portes claquent très fort
- Les escaliers sont sales (même si weekend de forte affluence, cela n'avait pas été nettoyé depuis plusieurs jours)
- fenêtre de la chambre embuée le matin (l'air ne circule pas bien) mais Vmc ok pour la salle de bains
- - le petit déjeuner : arrivés à 9h30, plus rien à manger, plus de couverts, nous avons attendu trop longtemps pour avoir de quoi faire 3 plateaux, machine à café qui ne fonctionne pas correctement, jus d'orange absent, obligés de réclamer tout cela à la personne qui gèrait...
- trop peu de places assises au petit dej
