I really enjoyed my 2-night stay here. Staff was very friendly, check-in was smooth and room was nice and clean. The building itself looks like it could be in need of an upgrade soon, but that did not take away from it feeling clean and safe. Within walking distance (10 minutes) from nearly all the areas in Lille, including the train station. Would definitely stay again!

Convenient, about 16 min walk from Lille Europe station and 10 min walk from Lille Flandres, and 15 min from Lille Grand Palais. Breakfast has a good variety of food, including cheese, brrad, pastry, yoghurt, etc. Staff are helpful and polite. However, the room lacks basic amenities like hot water flask, slippers, toiletries, cups, etc, though they are available at the hotel lobby. Some corners of the room have mould and were musty. The air conditioner was not cold enough (but this is understandable as it was about 25 to 28 deg C in the afternoon).

Très bonne hôtel proche de tout mais à la fois dans un coins assez calme de la ville seule petit problème les femmes de ménages qui passent alors que nous avons pris un départ tardif. Surment un manque de communication entre les équipes.

Les toilettes pas vraiment séparées de la chambre, ça me semble moyen. D'autre part, le petit déjeuner semble un peu léger... J'applaudis cependant le grand professionnalisme du personnel, tout le personnel.

Lacceuil est parfait, mais l'hôtel est vieillot.
Les couloirs et la chambre sentent mauvais
Il n'y a pas de protectio. Sur le matelas sale, seul un drap protege un sur matelas.
La salle de bain est exiguë, il ne faut pas être trop grand pour les wc et pour la douche.
Le petit déjeuner est parfait, rien à redire.

Bon hôtel, bien placé. Petite salle de bain. Le petit petit-déjeuner est excellent. L'hôtel viellit il aurait besoin d'un rafraîchissement.

Chambre propre sans grande decoration.
Douche non etanche de ce fait salle de bain mouillée et porte endommagée.
