Ficamos hospedados por 4 noites em novembro. O hotel é bem localizado, em uma área de parque super bonita. Os quartos possuem um tamanho bom, camas confortáveis. Funcionários atenciosos e prestativos, em especial na recepção. Café da manhã razoável, com poucas opções de frutas. Infelizmente o restaurante (michelin) não estava aberto durante nossa estada, e não haviam opções para alimentação no bar do hotel (exceto por queijos e embutidos). No geral, gostamos bastante e voltaríamos a nos hospedar no L’esquisse.

Bel hôtel, rien à redire, le personnel, fait le maximum pour vous satisfaire..
Très bon spa.
Très bon petit déjeuner, à part qu’il n’y a pas d’orange pressée pour cinq étoiles, ce n’est pas terrible…
Mais dans l’ensemble, allez-y, les yeux fermés

Difícil controlar el aire acondicionado dentro de la habitación. Hay que llamar a recepción.
Pero personal muy amable y atento a lo que necesites. Desayuno muy bueno y localización en medio del parque central de Colmar.

Leider war das Spa jeden Tag nur für 1 Stunde zugänglich, obwohl reserviert gab es zu wenig Stühle. Sauna auch nur ca für 5 Personen ausser das Dampfbad das war gross. Wasser im Spa hatte einen Film auf der Oberfläche nicht sehr sauber. Das Frühstück ist i.o aber nicht für 5 Sterne. Die Zimmer sind schön sauber und das Bett sehr bequem. Die Lage ist sehr gut um Colmar zu erkunden und die Mitarbeiter freundlich. Im allgemeinen stimmt für uns aber das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis nicht.

We loved staying at this property. The hotel common areas and rooms are beautiful and the staff is very helpful. Fresh bottles of water are delivered daily. The hotel lobby is lovely and having 2 Michelin star JYS in the building was a bonus. Proximity to old town was perfect. Close enough to walk daily without being in the middle of the crowds.

I recently went to Colmar and we all stayed here during hot august months. The hotel was very lovely and the staff helpful as well. Our biggest highlight was the spa, very pleasant. The rooms were also spacious and nice bedding. Would definitely stay again

Detta är ett nybyggt hotel ett stenkast från stadens kärna. Omgivet av en park. Spa är Clarins produkter. Utomhusdelen är ett minus. Man ligger i en grop där alla hotellgäster kan stå och titta på de som solbadar. Rummen är fantastiska.

Beautiful property with comfortable, large room. Wonderful pool/ spa area, although you must sign up for a time and only have use for one hour a day. Very helpful staff. Walkable from the train station and easy walk into the city center.

Fantastique! Margot was the most welcoming and wonderful person you could ask to greet you after a long day of travel. Very comfy beds, great shower pressure, super cool decor. Tons of fun Statue of Liberty notes. Decent gym. Make sure you speak to the person working the spa before you go to the pool, they have some nuances to the experience that were different than I was used to. Highly recommend, hope I have an excuse to come back to Colmar and stay here again and especially try the restaurant JY’s!
