Excelente! Lei criticas antes de reservar, pero afortunadamente no las tuve en cuenta, el hotel está muy bien todo, comoda y muy limpia la habitación, el baño limpio y moderno. Muy cerca a la estación central. Completamente recomendable!

There is tons of bad reviews on google but may stay for 1 night was great. Room was clean, comfy bed, literally next to train station. Was not loud and nice staff.

Over all great property. Location is right across the street from the station. Great restaurants nearby. Room was clean and perfect for a 1 night stay. Brandon at the desk was also super helpful and knowledgeable.

Incredible location, just across the train station. The room was clean and had a good size, but the bed was a bit hard and it had no minibar. Brandon at the front desk was always distracted and seemed to be thinking about something else when being talked to.

We only had one night in Milan, this was super handy to the main train station was nice and tidy, reception staff were helpful and friendly. And also handy to multiple eateries nearby.

Excelente localización muy cerca de la estación central, los cuartos nuevos y cómodos, nuestro tren se retraso y Brayan nos espero para hacer check in fuera de horario, lo cuál nos ayudó enormemente

Nous sommes rester une nuit, la chambre est belle mais un peu petite mais très bien pour 1 nuit. L’accueil est rapide le monsieur a l’accueil parle très vite il faut saisir les instructions. Mais la nuit a été courte, beaucoup de bruits dans les couloirs des gens qui parle fort qui claque les portes en pleine nuit. Pareil pour les toilettes des autres chambres et bruit de tuyauterie. Dommage mais pas de la faute du personnel très gentil , qui ont garder nos sac pour profiter de la journée à Milan plus légèrement.

It may seem a little sketchy but I definitely recommend a stay here:)! Receptionist was very kind and SUPER helpful. We had questions about getting around Milan and he explained the metro app and how the metro lines work, which made it very easy to travel around Milan. The room itself was quite dark but it was very comfortable! Super clean room and bathroom. It is literally across the street from Milano Céntrale (2 min walk). There’s a restaurant right in front of the hotel which is highly recommended too!
