Nice big room, handy for the station and shops and restaurants

El personal muy amable y atento, nos ayudaron a conseguir un taxi a las 4am. La cama era grande y bastante cómoda. El desayuno merece la pena pagar ese extra y disfrutar del buffet con diversidad de productos dulces o salados al gusto de todos. Lo malo es que en nuestra habitación, la 118, el desagüe de la ducha no debía funcionar bien y cuando usamos la ducha el olor a podrido que salía después era inaguantable dando ganas de vomitar, había que tapar con toallas el desagüe, abrir la ventana y cerrar la puerta del baño. Y el WiFi te dicen que es el apellido de la reserva y el número de habitación como contraseña y no hubo forma en 4 noches de que nos funcionase bien.

Great place to stay. Close to the train station. Restaurant Vox in the same building as the hotel was phenomenal. Older building but they maintained it well and kept it very clean. Only complaint was that the air conditioning only worked if a window was open - that may have been user error but that was the only way we could figure it out. Additionally, the windows have no screens (perhaps that’s a European thing) so we were scared to let bugs in if the windows were left open Otherwise it was great, would recommend.

L'hotel est bien situé, sur l'artère principale de la ville basse Notre chambre était spacieuse et calme car nous donnions sur une cour intérieure. Il manque du rangement pour les vêtements pliés, comme des chemises, tee-shirts, de type étagères. La chambre était propre.

Overnight stay from airport. Hotel was central and all facilities were excellent.

Centralt läge, bra med parkeringsgarage i anslutning till hotellet

Fint hotel i nærheten av buss og togstasjon. Lett å komme seg rundt i Bergamo.Grei frokost med kalde og varme retter. Romslige rom med store bad. Kunne godt ha overnattet her igjen. Alle ansatte var hyggelige og imøtekommende.

Property is close to the Citta Alta.

Don’t stay here. May as well have slept rough on the street. Noisy, aircon doesn’t work, just 26 degrees in the room. go somewhere else

Hotellin sijainti on hemmetin hyvä; eritoten käytännöllinen. Respan henkilökunta ystävällisiä ja mukavia. Huone meluton ja käytännöllinen. Mutta onhan se nuukuus vähän liikaa tällaiselle spartalaisellekin. Ei edes muovimukeja, eikä tissueita, eikä oikein mitn muutakaan; ei edes näköalaa. Mutta kaikesta tuosta huolimatta - ja myös niukahko, mutta silti laadukas aamiainen - jätti positiivisen muiston.

The hotel location is excellent - on the airport bus route and close to the railway station if you plan excursions to Brescia for example. It’s on a street with a number of restaurants but also has the option of room service. The rooms are modern and spacious, comfortable and very clean. Numerous options for breakfast - everything you could want in the excellent buffet. I would recommend the hotel without reservation talking about the hotel alone. However it is worth knowing that there is a space across the road 100 metres away which for one day during my stay had an open air rock concert from about 9pm to midnight. The hotel’s double glazing did not keep out the thumping bass and my room was on that side of the hotel. It’s not obvious when those evening rock concerts are going to happen so I suggest specifying a room away from the main road. None of this is the hotel’s fault but it was frustrating for one night not knowing when the music would stop.

The staff members were so helpful and supportive.
