I have been to Japan many times over a period of 10 years. I have stayed in so many hotels I can not count anymore. Straight facts. Hotel is very reasonably priced. It is in a great location. Short taxi ride to many restaurants and many attractions within walking distance. The restaurant is great. One day I did not fell like going out to dinner. I spend 8000 Yen per person on the dinner buffet...At first I was reluctant...but they had Alcohol and beer included. All you can eat and Drink. It was amazing. My booking included breakfast and lounge. Lounge Was amazing. Turns out there was a lot of people to check in that day. No problem. All you can drink beer and Sparkling Wine...plus many other choices. they do have evening mixer as well, 2100-2300. That one has hard alcohol and beer...plus regular beverages and snacks...The onsen is good but it could be better. I love the outdoor onsen. They do have one. But it is not so open. Onsen is a great bonus so I am not complaining. Reasonable Price and comfort make it great for couples. IDK about other travelers. But If you like Onsen and Drinks...This is a place for you. 16000 yen might be a bit much for 2 people for dinner. But Gyu Kaku ran me 15800. But you have to add 2100 yen taxi to get there and 3000 to get back. Considering that. Buffet with Unlimited DRINKS!!! Is a good Choice. Would definitely stay again 10/10 would recommend. Like I said. Pragmatically it is the best Hotell I ever stayed in.

Has a public onsen and lounge. Room is large, breakfast is delicious. Will be better if they renovate the toilet and have stronger air conditioning

加湿器をお借りしたかったです。（室内にありました？依頼もしませんでしたが。）仕事柄気になったこと蛇口やシャワーのパッキンを交換した方が良いです。水がチョロチョロもったいないです。清掃スタッフさんの清掃時の目視で十分確認できると思います。

食事は美味しかった　脱衣所も綺麗でした自動販売機　各階ごとの共同トイレがホテルの中には無かった自販機が無いので食後のコーヒー部屋に持ち帰れるようにしていただけると嬉しい

This property is super dated. I don't think it has been renovated since the 90s. The room smelled of mothballs and dining was difficult to book as they had a chart that needed to be adhered too. Laundry was crazy, 3 washers and dryers for hundreds of people. I was in my room and a whole heap of people just walked in as they were given my room too. Check in was difficult. The staff tried hard but they need some guidance from. Upper management. Some flowers or indoor plants would help warm up the lobby too. It was more like a private hospital.

宿泊人数が多いのか朝食が予約制で、しかも予約待ちが多く、少しでも時間に遅れると食べられない。朝食会場を広くするか増やすべきだと思う。 Perhaps because of the large number of guests, breakfast is by reservation only, and there are many people waiting for a reservation, so if you are even a little late you cannot eat. I think the breakfast venue should be made larger or expanded.

チェックインするのに時間がかかります。ドリンクやお菓子なども用意されていますがプチストレスです。説明などは紙で渡すか部屋に置いておくか最低限の説明で済ませれば良いのにと思いました。

The food was excellent but the property was far from attractions with no stores around. If you are relying on public transport it was a ways away from the train station and you have to walk from the bus stop in the dark with no proper lights. If your using it as a base to go skiing it's excellent not if you expect night life

Well, our plans changed at the last minute and this hotel was the only one in Nagoya with two rooms left. It is massively outdated. I had read other reviews stating that the sparse hallway decor was bothersome, but I did not expect it to get to me. It did. I found this hotel to be soul killing and left before my time was up. Its also way outside the main city so it is isolating.
