La Quinta by Wyndham Remarkables Park Queenstown

Check in was "interesting". There was 3 people at reception but they seemed to be busy doing something and we had to wait a while to be served. Once we had checked in and went to the room (we were told one of the rooms was still getting cleaned), we found that the rooms wasn't ready (mind you this was around 4.30pm) and didn't have 2 x single beds (although we had requested for it and even confirmed by messages). In the end they moved us to a different floor and rooms. One of the room doors had to be forced closed each time as it seemed to be a bit broken. Dishes were still in the dishwasher when we got into the room as well. We came back on day 3 (of a 4 day booking) and our key card didn't work. Went to reception and they thought we only had a 3 day booking so had checked us out. How that could happen is beyond me as we stay in hotels quite often and this is the first time we have experienced this.Parking is limited but there's paid parking available ($10 per day). Views from the room is amazing though (if you have booked a mountain view room). Cleaners and reception needs some work to ensure that their guest are looked after.

Lovely one bedroom unit. Excellently sound proofed no noise from any other rooms.

Great hotel next to the airport. Everything was modern and the hotel staff was very friendly.

Clean and quiet and safe. Great location away from downtown traffic. Limited free hotel parking, but paid parking is right behind hotel and plenty of spaces

This was a great room for a longer term stay. Cooking, dishwasher and clothes washer available in room. Although located out of town, was close to airport with a spectacular view of the Remarkables and the location was great to avoid the traffic congestion in town. Parking is limited, but we were lucky enough to get onsite parking each day of our stay. Worst case scenario, there is paid parking directly behind the hotel for a reasonable cost $10. Overall, we enjoyed the hotel and the facilities provided.

Parking a nightmare, ended up paying fir parking ,many apartments are privately owned hence little parking

Only let down was the parking

The property is a good place and we enjoyed the stay. However, parking is a challenge as there are not enough spaces. Also the place didn’t have enough face cloths. I would recommend carrying your own.

Hotel was great! Location is a bit from central Queenstown but an easy 20-25 minute drive away. Its also close to the airport and other shopping in the area and near the river for convenient walks along the riverside.

Parking is an issue. Better instructions for off site parking. If we would have arrived after 10:00 when reception closes I have no idea what would have happened

Fantastic view of mountains. Comfortable beds. Kitchenette with microwave and fridge. Limited parking, so had to go to public paid car park one day - but was made aware of this prior to arrival. Difficult as nowhere really to stop(legally!!) and drop off your bags Very close to airport. Walkable to local supermarket/eateries. About 20 mins drive to Queenstown
