Tudo maravilhoso! Quarto confortável e quente, chuveiro muito bom, em frente ao ponto de ônibus que leva ao centro, comidas do bar muito boas, possibilidade de ir andando ao mercado e ao shopping! Atendimento na recepção muito bom, limpeza excelente! Nada a reclamar. Voltaria sem pensar duas vezes!

Came to stay went to the pool it was awful. The womans changing room was dirty towels all over floor hair in plugs in shower. Mud on floor and doors hangimg off. The pool area had loose tiles and warning signs the sauna was that hot it burnt me when breathed.
Went to the bar and they poured a double even though wanted single. They said they dont sell singles as the tills been set to only selling doubles but they dont tell u. So if u want 1 drink then dont have spirit as will be over limit. They advertise single prices not double

Good staff, if approached with a problem they did there best to fix it. However the hospitality team that delt woth the rooms (fresh towels, toilet roll etc.) Where very slow, last time we requested fresh towels in the morning to get a shower we didnt get them till a few hours later.
The food was expensive, however very tasty and worth the price.
Overall though they were good and would stay here agian.

The hotel was beautiful, and the service was amazing.
There were a few trays that were left outside rooms near us for a few days and the pool was a bit cold

Hotel was very good and the restaurants were excellent. Bathroom was too compact. Room was not cleaned everyday as notified. The staff at front desk and restaurant were busy but very chatty and helpful. Would stay here again.

I liked that it was 15 minutes to airport but on the other hand it was 24 minutes to city center and transportation is very expensive there. The staff were very helpful and friendly but the room we were in needed a makeover. It’s very old and outdated.not a lot of walking distance restaurants.

Loved the facilities but changing rooms were tiny and floor VERY slippery around pool!
Was booked for christmas dinner and had been cancelled by Cast iron grill with no explanation 2 weeks beforehand! Luckily, when I told them I was staying, they quickly rebooked my room!

Vi boede på et hotel, som tydeligvis havde haft sin storhedstid i 90'erne, men siden da ikke havde set skyggen af kærlighed. Hotellet fremstod beskidt, dårligt vedligeholdt, lydt og generelt meget slidt.
For en berejst familie var det et stort mismatch mellem kvalitet og pris. Standarden svarede til et 2-stjernet hotel efter EU-normer, men prisen var langt fra på niveau med, hvad man burde betale for denne oplevelse. Hotellet har brug for en seriøs renovering og et løft for at kunne leve op til moderne forventninger.

Accueil correct mais alors très surpris par la manque de politesse. Il faut arracher un bonjour lorsqu’on croise un membre du personnel. Pas du tout à l’image des ecossais.
Déçu par le fait que la piscine et la salle de fitness ferment à 16h entre les fêtes. Ce n’est noté nulle part.
Ceci dit les chambres sont correctes sans plus.

Piscine et salle de sport fermés à 15h sans avoir été prévenus ni avoir de compensation Nous avions pris cet hôtel pour nous détendre avec les enfants avant de reprendre l’avion Tout était fermé!! Linge sale accumulé devant les portes des chambres, rideaux cassés, Bruyant et salle Situé en zone industrielle
