The managers so much good attention. Always there to help. The hotel was good to sleep, that's the intention.

First, the whole “airport shuttle” is false. At the beginning, i tried to get info on the shuttle and not only weren't they able to speak in english, the person on the phone didnt even know anything about there being a shuttle from the airport. They instruct emailing instead due to the language barriers but even that was difficult as it was a long wait for a reply. I arrived to the place to check in.and no one was there at the front desk for over 10min. Finally got to my room and it had broken windows, dirty, air-con wasn’t working and there where no available outlets other than the 220 Circular ones. Room was hot and the bed sheets felt gross. Do not book at this place

Очень милые хозяева, пусть не понимают на английском, но общаются через переводчик. В номере убирали, велкам дринк и на прощание дали бутылку питьевой воды и мандаринку

The lady was exceptionally helpful and did things for us that was way above expectations. Suited our needs perfectly.

I proprietari sono stati gentilissimi e non mi hanno fatto mancare nulla: da un drink di benvenuto, a un set completo da bagno, al servizio di transfer per l' aereoporto e addirittura un piccolo snack per la colazione. La loro gentilezza non ha eguali e ció ha reso il mio soggiorno molto piacevole. Per la struttura im generale devo dire peró che avrebbe bisogno di essere rinnovata

The staff was very friendly and helpful, especially the lady. The only issue for us is the smell of cigarette in the room and the corridor. I noticed that korean men smoke, they may smoke inside the room even they are not allowed.

The reason we chose this hotel was the airport shuttle as we arrived at 4 am in Incheon airport and needed a place for a few hours of sleep. The hotel is small and old; the room is old. The best thing about the hotel is the proprietress who was so helpful (even though she did not speak English) and generous with the snacks. She helped us get a taxi to the station so we could get to our next destination.

No one understands English there.

Overall this was a good stay. Front desk was very helpful. Besides the Incheon memorial there’s not a lot to do in this area. Lots of traffic . Lots of restaurants. My only complaint concerning the hotel is the lack of adequate WiFi . Hit and miss at best. Neither did google maps aide me in getting around. Would only suggest public transportation routes, not walking routes. I didn’t get a chip for my phone. That may help. I got no phone reception on the street. Anywhere in Incheon.
