Roaches in room, as well as mold , check in was hour long didn’t even get into room until 4 pm and showed up at 3 pm with only one person at check in . The line was outside this is in called for for what you are charging Dennys restaurant was horrible we were waiting for 40 minutes for service and no staff working all tables dirty, and two other people were literally fighting and cursing it was poor atmosphere . Hotel over priced for one night $269. Ridiculous We will NoT go back to this hotel .

We chose this place purely for its convenient location within walking distance of downtown, avoiding traffic. However, the experience was very disappointing due to how dirty the place was. After this, we’d rather stay farther away and deal with traffic than stay in such poor conditions. Not recommended.

Check was awful. The one lady and only person at front desk would not anyone check in early so when it was time there were 30 people in line trying to check in. It took a very long time! The couple ahead of me wanted refund and yelling about the poor unsanitary conditions of their room. Granted you get what you pay for but this place needs maintenance badly and adequate staffing. Will not stay there again.

I was in the room at most two minutes and went down to the lobby and asked for a refund. Was told they would take a note and ask the manager when they came. Unacceptable. The room was beyond gross and unclean. Ceiling in the showing was falling down and covered in mold. Floor tile was cracked with jagged edges exposed. Bathroom door wouldn’t fully close. Front door wasn’t air tight and could see daylight. Smelled horrible. My wife had asthma and had to use her inhaler almost immediately.

Beyond unhappy ended up filing a complaint at the front desk and with corporate to cancel reservation and refund our money! The rooms were dirty, tile in the bathroom was chipped and a safety hazard not to mention you literally had to hip check the bathroom door to open it. Staff was rude and very unprofessional. House keeping was throwing bags of linens over the balcony into linen collection carts on the first floor, While screaming at each other. To least we did not feel safe. Those are just the highlights. We left and went and stayed at a Radisson down the street for the same price and significantly higher standards

It was very close to the historic district and Ights of Lights.

This was the first and last time I stay at this hotel. I am a Wyndham member and this was very disappointing. After check in I got to the room with issues with the AC unit not working properly and noisy along with the TV not working correctly. I called the front desk who said they would send someone up to fix it and they never showed up. I called back Friday night around 10pm and was told the maintenance department was closed for the night. The next morning I went to the office and the lady working the front desk was very rude speaking to me as if I do not know how to work a remote and said she would send someone. Finally, someone came around 3pm Saturday and fixed the tv which was not an issue of the user but issue with the HDMI cords. The pictures online and what is actually on site at this property is not accurate. I should have read the reviews before booking this hotel and will be filing a complaint with Wyndham Corporate office as this property does not even come close to meeting the standards for Wyndham. The hotel experience should always start with the staff at the front desk and this was an issue from the beginning. Manager was requested and was told no manager was available.

It is close to historic area; however the staff at reception has no profesionalism nor know how to treat a customer, the two females were speaking in another language during all the time and in between one of them checking us in. She advise us that the tickets for the trolley were sold accross the street butdid not bother to tell us the office was closed putting in danger crossing such dangerous blvd.

Great location. Horrible stay. Walked into a mold smelling infested room. Dead roaches eveywhere. The Denny’s that’s built in has horrible customer service. Would not recommend. PLEASE CONSIDER A DIFFERENT HOTEL.

The room was very clean had hot water. The cleaning personnel were awesome . Plenty of free parking and very quiet.

Place was very dated, dirty, and in poor condition. Woke up to puddles of water on the floor because the air conditioner leaked all over. The sheets appeared to be washed but had stains on them. The bathroom had a constant sewage smell. The refrigerator was barely cool at best. Would not recomend staying here! Oh almost forgot, front desk girls were not very welcoming, actually they were rude.
