A great place for a ski holiday.

Easy

The property was great! It was not right in town but very close and walkable if it wasn't snowing or raining. The transportation bus was great to have but Bunny could have been more friendly. Overall a great place and we would go back.

Property was clean but it was very stuffy, can’t even crack open a window. The neighbors were super loud and when I told the lobby they couldn’t really do nothing about it. One of the windows also cracked which was unsafe.

The hotel is very nice, the hot pools are perfect and working, the staff is super friendly and attentive, the restaurant is very good and the food is excellent, the rooms have beautiful views of the snow, very clean and have everything you need to cook, in general I give it a 10/10

Great place to stay!

The property is well maintained and the views are stunning. The staff is very kind and will go out of their way to help you! I will for sure be staying at this property again and hopefully a longer stay next time. My only small issue was when I had asked the concierge if they had anything for altitude sickness (mainly hard time breathing) I was told no, but in the pool area there are signs stating there is oxygen available at the front desk.

Great place to stay with family! Lots of activities with kiddos and great location. Cant wait to come back!

This property made me and my friends feel like we were home, very cozy and warm at the same time! Everything was easy access! I will be back next year !

Property was beautiful. Had a full kitchen with everything, even a crockpot. Easy to communicate with a single text if you need anything. Shuttle takes you around town so you dont have to drive or pay for parking. Just be aware that if you go on the off season they may be doing some renovations and it can get loud. It was still well worth the stay.

Amazing stay with everything we needed and more!!!

It was under construction and it was very noisy. It was also noisy inside with the doors slamming shut, and people talking in the hallway. and because there is no AC, we had to open the windows or it would get hot and stuffy, but then we heard the people at the pool and hot tubs until 11, and walking around outside and talking until late in the evening. It was just Ok.

Great place

This was my 2nd time staying at the property and I was less impressed this time. The positives: -Shuttle drivers were always pleasant, prompt and willing to drive you anywhere in the main area. - Rooms are spacious. The “room for improvement”: -Our room in Bldg 8 overlooked the parking garage and shuttle storage. It was busy and noisy. -Bathroom towels were thin and rough. -After seeing guests at the hot tub with hotel provided robes (convenient in Sept), I inquired about them and they said they were provided in the room. Ours did not have any (same room type). -Room is spacious but very basic. Dishes for 6 and small appliances were provided. Decor and bedding were less than luxurious. Pillows seemed like the cheapest available. -Housekeeping came after 3pm. -Underground parking is a perk but the spots are very tight. Overall, an okay stay. Clean and reasonable. In the future, I will be looking for something a little more high class.

My family and I stay here often and we’ve always had a great experience! I would highly recommend the Grand Timber Lodge.
