Perfect Weekend getaway

Nice place, perfect for our needs of one night. The mattress was firm, I liked it, my husband didn't. The front desk personnel was very friendly and welcoming. Nicely done breakfast for this size Inn. We would stay again.

This place is absolutely the cutest and definitely a hidden gem! Extremely clean, quiet, great location, and makes you feel like your at home! Staff is also very, very friendly and kind! I have not had the breakfast but have heard it is also a huge hit! I would HIGHLY recommend staying here!

It was an acceptable stay. Not sure why people rave about the breakfast. Staff very unfriendly, basically hide in office whenever we were in the reception area which is where they offer breakfast. Thought it was very odd to be so anti engaging with guests.

This "inn" is merely a revamped 50's motel with paper thin walls and poor maintenance. There is superficial freshening with nice toiletries and white paint and the bed was comfortable, but it did not make up for lack of sleep because our neighbor talked and had sex throughout the night and we could hear every word! The shower did not function at all...so the morning was another insult! I would suggest not staying at the Kittery Inn and Suites.

My husband and I had a great stay at this cozy motel. A roomy unit with plenty of space...living area with a modern kitchen, a quaint bedroom, and an updated bath. Very friendly and helpful staff! Yummy breakfast served in a pleasant atmosphere.

Small but comfortable room. Quiet, at least in December. Would stay again.

Stayed in an end unit and it was spacious but kind of beat up around the edges: chipped paint on the floor trim and door, rust on bathroom heater, bathroom tiles misaligned. Didn't have all the toiletries in my room upon check in and the furniture is hard wood with slim padding so a bit uncomfortable after a while. Bed was decent and the room was clean. Quiet and safe area. Office was closed at 8 despite the card saying 9 and only an "emergency" number listed for after hours. Overall not bad for the money.

Property was very quiet even though there seemed to be lots of fellow travellers. Room was clean & location was excellent!

I loved the staff and clean unit. Some things were a worn, but I want to say the staff made sure I was comfortable and the unit was nice and warm. The Continental breakfast was awesome. I will stay again when in the area.

This property is not a resort. Poorly lit in dark. Unsafe, we never checked in. Area surrounding hotel is industrial.

We have a great night with my husband for our anniversary We enjoy a very good dinner at Robert grill Raw bar delicious Also we drive to a beautiful sunset to Nubble light house
