I stayed there for two weeks and cleaned when I left they refused to give my my 100 bucks back due to "dirty towels"

Traveling with my partner and dog and we did not like this hotel at all. Definitely overpriced for the terrible stay we had. The first room we got looked like it was half way cleaned, beds not made, dirty towels in the bathroom, hair and dirt all over the floor. Got changed to another room that smelled like cigarettes and still looked dirty, also microwave didnt work. Then early in the morning the power went out and had to shower with our phone lights.

No power overnight couldn't see anything no heat room was freezing and the guy at the front desk was rude when i asked about being compensated for the inconvenience

My last stay was better. This room has a bed with a big dip in it. The drawers don’t open and I have no remote for the tv. No hot water either

The staff was friendly and very helpful. The room was clean and the shower had hot water and good pressure.

Comfortable and clean room. Easy freeway access to Rhonert Park and Santa Rosa area.

This place was so grimy and dirty. You can tell its an active area for crime as they have police cars propped towards the back of the property. There were tweakers walking around making sounds. The room when you walked in smelled strongly of bleach. The bed had been broken off the wall. The only thing that appeared to be clean was the shower. It was crystal white and clean. The toilet wasn't even cleaned completely as there was grime on the bottom of the bowel. There were scuff marks and stains on the bathroom wall. The front desk seemed unprofessional when checking in. There was a numerous amount of things wrong with this property. The photos they have posted is very misleading as thats not what you get at all. I messed up and didn't get insurance for my booking and will do so moving forward just because of this experience. I needed something last minute as an emergency and this place was all i could afford. Never again will i be staying at this hotel ever again.

Nice and clean but hotel has been in location over ten years and furniture is worn out but still functional. The refrigerator and microwave all a convenient way to save money. Target ad Dollar Tree across the street, so can buy food and eat in the room.

The hotel was fine except I was charged for the room twice once from Expedia and once from the hotel

First nights room was dirty and poor wall repairs. Stayed another night and requested a better room. Very nice, clean and a little more room.

It’s the famous saying you get what you pay for. Since I chose to be cheap and stay here. I got the short end of the stick. I arrived and they gave me a room. However the room was already filled. I went back to let them know and they were completely surprised. How could they not know that room was already filled. The second room they gave me smelled terribly, like smoke and cigarettes (even though it was apparently a non smoking room). The third room was right next to smoking area and smelled like heavy air freshener. It was dirty and had a dead spider smeared across the bathroom wall. The shades in the room still had a light coming through which made it hard to sleep in Overall. It’s my fault for being cheap and choosing this inn, because the only thing that was good about this place was how cheap it was.
