For the price this is a great choice in Waikiki. It’s not on the beach, but the upper ocean view rooms have a pretty good view. Beautiful sunset skies. Housekeeping is a little inconsistent, but they do an OK job they provide you with the “Aloha Line“ which allows you to text for any supplies you need The pool area is lovely with a wheelchair lift down the stairs to access the area and a mobile lift available to get into the pool pool towel availability was not plentiful, but they did their best to ensure there were towels available I would think a four star hotel would have a glass glasses and coffee mugs in the room, but only paper coffee cups were provided The wheelchair accessible 16th floor suite was a really nice room. The bed was very comfortable. There was lots of space and a niceroll in shower. Service from all the staff was excellent. All very helpful and pleasant. Food and drinks at the restaurant are great. No decaf espresso, which was kind of a bummer, but they made a great London fog a little on the pricey side Great stay overall. Would’ve been perfect if it would’ve been on the water., but it also would’ve been double the price

Staff here are simply extraordinary and took time to always say hello, help us out or check in on us. We had a long stay and happy we were able to find this hotel on short notice. Rooms were clean and the property is well maintained. The pool area is great. We hope to be back in 2025! We have some minor discrepancies on invoicing to reconcile and about the only downside is there is no coffee maker in the room. They use a tea bag type kettle system that does not work well. It would be great if the single use condiments could be separated to ensure less waste. Creamer, napkin, stir and sweetener are wasted just to use a single sugar package. Had a 4AM false alarm on day we were leaving resulting in a rather long day of travel. Very odd.

This was our first visit to Hawaii. We stayed here and it was comfortable The staff was nice, rooms were nice but you can tell they do not deep clean. Our shower still had marks and writing from previous visitors. Overall is was a good stay and really convenient to all Restaurants and shops. Will stay here again.

It has a really cute vibe and design! The staff and valet were really nice. The receptionists and front desk could be dismissive. They don’t clean every day and when they do, they do the bare minimum- like they don’t even take the dirty towels or change linens or remove trash that isn’t fully in the trash can. At one point, I realized they weren’t even wiping the entire counter just around the sink and I would find hair on the floors showing they didn’t fully sweep. Other than that, the restaurant is cool just pricey and food is not the best. It’s in a good location, price can be good but daily fees and valet fees and parking fees can add up super fast. It could get noisy at times as well, made it hard to keep the balcony open especially if you faced the city at all.

Bathroom floor wasn’t cleaned during room service from the sands that came in with our cloth from the beach. Towels were not available for 2 days out of our 4 day stay for swimming pool or for beach as promised. Otherwise, clean and good staves.

Easy walking distance to almost everywhere you deem to visit at Waikiki. Clean room and modern looking. Still a peek at the ocean in the balcony. Only complain might be a bit noisy on the street, but at reasonable time. Love to stay there

入口からおしゃれで開放感があり、入った瞬間から心地良い雰囲気でした！エキストラベットを入れて3人で泊まりした。部屋は狭くなりますが、浴室も広く使いやすいのでそんなに不便を感じませんでした◯ 少し歩けばABCストアーもあるのでハワイに慣れた方と一緒なら便利な立地です！ランドリーが無いのは残念でしたがジムもあるし、プールも良いし快適なハワイ旅になりました！

I liked the free and discounted beach equipment rentals as well as the bikes. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Waikiki beach was only a 15 minute walk away with lots of window shopping on the way. Hotel was very clean and well kept. Restaurant downstairs had amazing food and coffee. We had a great view from our room. Plenty of chairs at the pool for everyone and had a bar at the pool as well as the restaurant downstairs. Lobby was big and had an open concept downstairs, very quiet and peaceful. Included a small fitness room, special events such as pilates at the pool on fridays, microwave, ice machine, small book rental shelf, etc. Free pool towels you could take and easily return in a bin by the pool. I honestly couldn't think of anything I diskliked.
