General Check-in Instructions
- According to Vietnamese law, foreign male guests cannot share a room with a Vietnamese woman without marriage registration. The hotel may decline the reservation or request a second room depending on the hotel's room availability. - By law, guests are required to present a printed copy of their Vietnamese identity card, Vietnam Temporary Residence Card, or passport upon check-in. Foreign passport holders also need to have valid visas. - A deposit of VND 2,000,000 will be collected upon check-in, used for incidentals or damages during the stay, and will be refunded upon check-out. Or the hotel will keep the original ID/Passport of the guest upon check-in and will return it upon check-out. - Up to one child under 5 years old stays for free and includes breakfast if using existing beds. - Children over 12 years old are considered adults. - The hotel does not allow bringing in food and drinks from outside. - Children from 6 to 11 years old will be charged VND 320,000 when using existing beds. - Surcharge 1,100,000 VND/pax. - Prohibit smoking and smelly food (seafood, durian, jackfruit ...) or apply an intensive cleaning fee of 5,000,000 VND/case. - Smoking is only allowed in private areas (5th floor and outside lobby). - Pets are not allowed.

The staff and security guards here are super cute and enthusiastic. The hotel is also very new and clean, especially very beautiful. I booked quite late but was still given a room on high floor, great view, delicious breakfast, nothing to complain about.

I have been to Vung Tau many times but this is the first time I have felt a perfect hotel, reasonable price, nice swimming pool, children's play area, billiards... view of both sea and mountain, enthusiastic staff because I have a small child, the staff is willing to let me check in early.

After more than 5 years, the room interior is still as beautiful as new. The wooden furniture is super nice. The bathroom amenities are very complete (I like the cute shampoo bottles the most). The hotel location is very convenient for swimming. The breakfast is delicious but I think it needs more variety. The hotel has a small water play area for children and a small kid's room. The lobby has many types of sofas that are also very nice.

I have stayed in Malibu with my family many times and am still very satisfied with the location, facilities, clean rooms, friendly staff, delicious and tasty food. The swimming pool area is being upgraded and repaired so it is very noisy and dusty, and was not informed before checking in. But I still want to come back to stay here for the next time.

Hành lang bị khoá nên trong phòng ngột ngạt không có khí trời. Cửa kính dán mờ nhìn ra mờ căm không thấy gì. Hồ bơi thiết kế sâu, không thoải cũng hơi bất tiện. Còn lại mọi thứ đều tốt
