STANDARD QUARANTINE HOTEL PACKAGE INCLUDING / GOI DICH VU KHACH SAN CACH LY THEO QUY CHUAN GOM CO:

* Surcharge for room disinfection and replacement of in-house bedding applied as hotel's policy if customer tests positive for COVID-19 during the quarantine period. REQUIRED DOCUMENTS FOR F1 WHEN CHECK-IN / CAC HO SO CAN THIET CHO F1 KHI LAM THU TUC NHAN PHONG:
• A certificate of negative SARS-CoV-2 RT-PCR test result / • Giay xet nghiem am tinh voi SARS-CoV-2
• Document of handover from local medical intitutions/previous centralised quarantine area / • Bien ban ban giao y te cua Tram y te dia phuong/Khu cach ly tap trung
• Document of epidemiology investigation status from local medical intitution / • Bien ban dieu tra dich te cua Tram y te dia phuong
• Document of quarantine order from local government (applied for F1 and F2) / • Quyet dinh cach ly cua dia phuong (Ap dung cho doi tuong F1 va F2)

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS FOR INTERNATIONAL ARRIVAL WHEN CHECK-IN / CAC HO SO CAN THIET CHO NGUOI NHAP CANH KHI LAM THU TUC NHAN PHONG:
• Personal documents (such as passport) / • Giay to tuy than (Ho chieu….)
• Approval document that allows the 14-day (or longer) quarantine for people who arrive from countries that have adequately controlled the epidemic / • Quyet dinh ve viec ap dung cach ly y te nguoi nhap canh tren 14 ngay tu cac quoc gia da kiem soat tot dich tren dia ban
• Flight tickets / • Ve may bay

• Certificate of full vaccination against COVID-19 / • Giay chung nhan tiem du lieu vac xin phong COVID-19

* Refund may be considered by hotel under condition that customer has tested positive for COVID-19 in duration of stay and forced to cancel the following nights. * In the case that the guest is fully vaccinated or has recovered from COVID-19, they need to prepare the following documents in English when checking in at the hotel / * Trường hợp người tiêm đủ liều vắc xin hoặc đã khỏi bệnh COVID-19 cần chuẩn bị thêm giấy tờ sau bằng tiếng Anh khi nhận phòng tại khách sạn:
