Overall nice stay.

When I booked the date it gave me two dates in blue so I tried to click on one but they both remained. I thought then that that must mean staying Sep 27 checking out Sep 28. So a day or so later when I checked it gave me Sep 28 and not Sep 27 the day i needed. I called Seep Inn requesting to change date and she told me I would have to get ahold of Hotels.com which I did. The lady that I talked to was very kind and tried to help me. She got ahold of Sleep Inn and when she got back to me she said that the person at the desk would not change the day and I got the indication she was not to nice about it. She gave me a 800 number to call of Sleep Inn executive branch. They were very kind also and suggested a 3 way call with him and Sleep Inn and me to try to resolve this even to upgrade but change the night to Sep 27, he also checked and told me that they had plenty of rooms available for the night of the 27th. So I called Sleep Inn and told her that I was going to do the call, she not only was very rude but hung up on me!!! How professional is that. I was not only treated very badly but had to find a different place to stay and out the money that I had to pay for a room I didn't even stay in. I've made sure I've told all my family and friends to stay at any Sleep Inn.

The motel looks nice and fancy from outside and in the front office. Except the girl behind the desk she had pink hair, a hoodie on and quit lazy.The hallways and the doors on the rooms show alot of drug bustes have happened there. The TV was broke I called the front and she said push the power button I said I did she said ok I will write a ticket up good bye. I said no I want to watch TV. She said I will have to move you. Then she rented the room with a broken TV without cleaning it. We did use the bathroom and stuff. Makes you wonder if our room was cleaned adequately. The front desk girl acted like we were a burden to her. The next morning get up to go to the breakfast it was nice to see the front desk person dressed nicely along with the maids. That was the only good thing. A hot tub was shut down the pool was cold and dirty. There was nobody using the facility because of no tub and cold pool. I recommend The shilo inn that's across the road same price better staff better motel.

Well when walk-in about 3pm on nov 5 the front person was a sleep at the front desk and not friendly she act like we disturbed her sleep but everything else was great

The 1st room we had the TV didnt work. They gave us another room - that one the toilet had to be plunged after every use.

Bacon would be nice

The room was very clean and the bed comfortable. The shower worked well and the hotel was quiet and comfortable.

Ckerk at night shift was super polite and helpful. Room was small but clean, big shower for a 1 bedroom unit. We were closer to the road side so could hear a little road noise. Bed was comfy and good air unit working. Breakfast was ok, usual powered eggs, sausage sticks, and pasty biscuit and gravy . They also had the typical breakfast items. Not much close by for any food options. Indoor pool was nice and hot tub was hot. Over all for a quick stay at an affordable price it's a great option.

High value for cost

The toilet quit working, there was no one to fix it so we had to change rooms. There is nothing nearby except convenience stores. If you want real food you will have to travel. The beds however were soft and comfy. The neighborhood is a bit sketchy,

The room was very clean. The bed was comfortable, although a bit softer than I like. The staff was helpful and professional. The breakfast was tasty and a good variety.

Great place to stay in Nampa. Beds were comfortable, building was clean and fresh. Breakfast was good, and water and tea station available at check in was appreciated. Very convenient location. Room was quiet. Bathroom was a bit small and dated and somehow the floor got very wet after showering, but other than that, no complaints at all. I would definitely stay here again.

Clearly an older hotel -- bathroom was clean but needed updating. Shows the wear.

Hotel seem to be pretty much brand new really enjoyed everything first floor was able to look right out the window of my car parked there all night. Everything was great. We definitely stay there again.

Room was perfectly acceptable and the hotel was clean. Mattress was feeling near the end of its service cycle but comfy enough. The family in the room next door made a lot of noise until 1:30am. Parking was easy and the staff was friendly. I didn’t try the breakfast but it looked like basic hotel fare. I would stay here again.
