Hot tub was good , Sauna was good 👍

Clean room and friendly check in. Breakfast area was extremely busy and food was not replenished adequately, but what was available was absolutely delicious. The outside area had a bad smell that carried in through the ac unit.

The only good thing about this hotel was the pool and hot tub were both functional. The breakfast was awful. Watered down juice to the point that it was gross. Sink didn't drain. AC/heater was super squeaky. Towels did not smell clean at all. Would not recommend. Ever.

Very clean place

$100 deposit during check in, was an unexpected surprise. And won’t see the deposit returned until 7 days later. Hopefully it shows up without any tracking needed.

Staff was coughing so loudly. Breakfast was basically all gone by 8 and closed at 9. Furniture in room was in rough shape. Shower door at bottom had a gap and so much water poured out onto floor so had so use a lot of towels to clean up.

I have no complains. Good value for the price. I'd stay again

At no fault to the staff. The intranet went down and we were not able to check in for 45 minutes. We waited in the lobby on the chairs and couch. They were stained and soiled arm rests. It wasn’t to big of a deal. The internet problems created frustration. But thr staff were great. I was able to leave and they made sure to get my daughter into a room ASAP. I came back at 1030 pm and checked in. Staff was great. Situation was not.

Breakfast was fine. Walls way too thin. Sign up pool closed. Front desk below par.

The place was clean & modern, the room was excellent (simple yet stylish/functional and CLEAN) and generally staff was helpful. 2 concerns: pertinent websites show a swimming pool as an amenity. Staff behind the counter said they had only a hot tub. How then are there online photos of a swimming pool? Also, as I checked out mid-morning, the young lady behind the counter was glued to her phone screen. The other staff had been attentive.

The pool was not usable so the hot tub was the only thing to use and I think every wrestling family had the same idea at the same time. Everyone of us said the same thing” that’s why we reserved here was for the pool for the kids!!!!! If the pool is not operational POST IT ON THE WEBSITE.

Bed was comfy. Pillows are to big and they smelt like cigarette smoke. The water pressure was good. The carpet looks like they have never been cleaned.

Despite being near the freeway, the hotel is quiet.

Love staying here!

Breakfast was great,my only problem was they charged me a $30 non refundable charge for our small dog and they was crazy construction going on outside our room until abt 10pm.

The bathroom if you could call it that was horrible. I could put my elbows on each wall as I sat on the throne, not enough room. The shower was 2 foot in front of me and it was only a 2 x 2 1/2‘ stall, bad. the pocket door did not close all the way, so there was no privacy at all. The breakfast food I would rate as a 2. I would say all in all I’d rate the whole experience as a 2 out of 10.
