Fuite d eau sur le syphon du lavabo. J ai du demander des serviettes à l accueil pour éponger puis changer de chambre

Dirty room, broken furniture, nobody removed the full garbage bags after they supposedly clean the room. Nothing get replenished. The hotel advertises that they serve a breakfast buffet, lunch and dinner but they forget to mention that weekends the restaurant is closed and there is nothing close by where you can get something to eat, no even a supermarket nearby. If you walk couple of block away you will feel unsafe even during the day and you have to watch your step so you dont step on dog or human poop. And the air conditioning is controlled by the hotel, the thermostat doesn’t let the guest control it therefore you have to sleep with the windows open and then good luck with the noise. I know that the neighborhood has nothing to do with the hotel service but the rest what I mentioned is pretty bad.

I chose the hotel because it was close to where I was working. It really didn’t end up being a convenient location.

Miserable first impression from the receptionist who never smiled, didn't say hello or a please/thank you. Reception had rap music playing with offensive swear words - not ideal when checking in with a child. Room was comfortable and clean. Air conditioning was a god-send!

The hotel was fine, slept well (bed great) and the evening bar staff were fun. Our Check-In could have been more friendly, but we were eventually allowed in at 13.00 as opposed to the stated 14.00. Don’t like the Deposit starting against my account as “Pending” fro a week after we departed, couldn’t it be cleared on Departure? Otherwise happy stay @ Hotel Kyriad Marseille Palais Des Congres - Vélodrome.

Good value for money and self parking which is very important in Marseille. Close enough to the Velodrome and good value for money .

Hôtel rénové très agréable. Mention spéciale pour le restaurant aux influences libanaises. Carte simple et très bonne. Accueil sympathique et efficace.

J'ai réservé cette hôtel pour être près du parc d'exposition. C'était bien car à 15min à pieds. J'ai trouvé l'hôtel très bien, le petit déjeuner au top et le personnel également. Chambre un peu bruyante tout de même car j'entendais les voitures et les gens dans le couloir. Zone en travaux avec peu de choses autour.

Bon accueil, rien a redire sur l'état de la chambre, c'est propre et joli. Petit dejeuner tres bien aussi. En revanche le parking est quand meme assez cher. Sinon je recommande

Hôtel propre et confortable. Personnel de l’accueil et du restaurant sympathique, chaleureux et soucieux de répondre aux attentes des clients. Idéalement situé pour se rendre à pieds au stade vélodrome

Hôtel qui a bien besoin d’être rénové.. le personnel est par contre charmant et à l’écoute ..

Très bon séjour mais literie horrible, mal de dos assuré. La réceptionniste n’est pas super agréable non plus donc décevant dans l’ensemble. Le personnel de nettoyage est adorable et il fait toujours beau à Marseille ce qui relève et sauvé le séjour.
