Un hôtel plein de charme, idéal pour une escapade loin de l’agitation urbaine et parfait pour une véritable déconnexion. La chambre avec vue sur le lac transforme totalement l’expérience (je la recommande vivement). Le spa est excellent, avec une particularité : il faut descendre à pied depuis l’hôtel pour y accéder, ce qui ajoute une touche d’originalité. Le petit-déjeuner est satisfaisant et bien fourni. Mention spéciale au personnel, attentionné et chaleureux, qui contribue grandement à rendre le séjour encore plus agréable. Seul petit bémol : la chambre mériterait un léger rafraîchissement.

The most incredible place I’ve ever been. Annecy is magical in its own right but Le Palace far exceeded our expectations. The photos don’t to it justice. We remarked how we need to come back and spend a whole week,2 nights was not enough

Wow, this hotel is just amazing! The staff are so incredibly helpful, and the view is absolutely unbeatable! It's definitely one of the best hotels we've stayed at in France.

The security was very good, too good in fact that we had to wait 10min before the staff could get a response from the desk to open the gate. We rented bikes and the only way we got back in was because someone was leaving t the time. The room was fine, comfortable bed, excellent bath tub. Wish it had a microwave but everything else was there. Refrigerator was stocked with drinks but we didn't take any because who knows how much they might have charged. $35 euro per person is a pretty ridiculous fee for breakfast, especially for us who just have coffee and something small.

Booked this hotel and found out that I had an insect scabies rash and emailed the property requesting a refund or a change of dates so that I would not bring insects to the their hotel. I sent a picture of the rash all over my legs. They said no we have a no cancel policy. And no changes. So they just said ok to come. This is highly contagious. Very disappointed in their lack of understanding and willingness to allow their hotel to become infested.

What gorgeous views, beautiful rooms and superb staff! The breakfast buffet was just lovely. The hotel even smells amazing!!

Hotel is exceptional , with a commanding view of the lake. We would definitely stay again. Staff are excellent and helpful.

If you are looking to spend a quiet, relaxing holiday, this is the spot. The views and gardens are spectacular. The pool has a gorgeous view of the lake. Breakfast had good selection. And the staff was wonderful, looking over every single detail. As a solo traveler this was the perfect spot.

5 stars hotel. Convenient overnight parking. A bit far from center Annecy but not an issue if you have car.

An amazing location with lovely staff that made it a special stay. Just wish I could have stayed longer.

Le lieu de l'hébergement est exceptionnel - la balade autour du lac est magnifique - l'espace spa est très beau même si la piscine est un peu fraîche et qu on nous a volé nos chaussons... Maintenant mon expérience du service pour ce type d'établissement laisse vraiment à désirer : taie d'oreiller sale, télé ne fonctionnant pas (pour la finale de la coupe du monde de rugby...) et aucune réaction du service de l'hôtel - on pourra passer demain matin... Même si le personnel est globalement très agréable je pense qu'on peut attendre autre chose d'une nuit dans un hôtel de ce standing ( concernant la chambre - correct/grande - joints noir autour de la baignoire - un peu de poussière a droite a gauche)

Pas du tout le niveau d'un cinq étoiles. La prestation est plus que médiocre ( meuble avec d'énormes éclats de peinture, des tâches sur la moquette, des poils retrouvés au bord de la baignoire, des coups dans les murs, de la poussière sur les cuillères, une chasse d'eau que l'on doit tirer à la main pour arrêter la fuite dans la cuvette, une personne a l'accueil pas du tout agréable, et j'en passe... La liste est longue... Clairement, cet palace ne mérite pas ses 5 étoiles. Ils se reposent sur son aspect extérieur, son emplacement et son environnement qui certes sont excellents, mais ça s'arrête là. Zéro pointé pour la propreté et pour l'état général de la chambre.
