Not as expected

Orange juice at breakfast was too deluded. It tasted terrible. Vent in bathroom was terrible noise maker. Floor in the bedroom was falling in-Room 304 Sheets were washed but stains remained.

Te roban, reserve con la opción de pagar al llegar al hotel, pero me cargaron a mi tarjeta 2 noches en automático (7am) antes de llegar, cuanto llegue al hotel indique que solo me quedaría una noche, me aseguraron que no habría problema y que al dejar el hotel me harían el rembolso de la noche no ocupada, eso no sucedió y a pesar de mi insistencia se niegan a hacerlo y ya no toman mis llamadas, expedia tampoco atiende mi reclamo y sólo indica que lo resuelva con el hotel, es un fraude y un robo descarado!

Pros for staying here: - Friendly staff that let us check in a little early. - Good location for parking, unlike some hotels nearby that are easier targets for thieves. - Decently clean. Cons for staying here: - If you need to charge any devices, there are no USB connections, and plugs are hard to reach/scarce for your own chargers. - Somewhat run down - another layer of paint added to the rooms was done badly so there’s paint drips on the floor moldings and other places it doesn’t belong, there were actual holes all the way through the bathroom wall around the toilet paper holder, etc. Nothing really awful, but unpleasant. - HVAC is manual control in the wall unit, and the unit is LOUD. If you are looking for basic but well run overall in this area, do choose this hotel. If you want or need something better, especially if you need multiple electrical power/charging for business use, look elsewhere.

buena atencion y servicio

We stayed here after a wedding. Only needed it to sleep. Was clean and comfy. Bathroom was a little small but not bad for our needs for that night.

Woke up with bugs in the bed,room smelled horrible. Air-conditioning filters were were covered in dirt,dust and hair. Went down for breakfast and all there was was some stale sliced bread,coffee was horrible. I definitely would never stay here again.

The room was good but the traffic noise on Elliott Knox was awful. They need to work on their breakfast menu!

Check-in was easy and the room met expectations (clean, comfortable, safe place to sleep). There was some issue with the breakfast (ran out of waffle mix and bagels) that were corrected when brought to the attention of the management. I would stay at this facility again.

Ok staff very rude

The room was very small with a king bed. There was one outlet under the desk for charging my phone and I had to crawl on the floor to get underneath to reach it. Nothing by the bed to plug in phones. The only redeeming feature was a good shower with plenty of pressure. The “breakfast “ was a joke. Sure there were waffles and bread for toast. No fruit, no yogurt, nothing that was any good. We stayed there last year and it was great but I guess it changed hands and I would not recommend it.

Front desk help was talking on cell phone and chose not to come check me in and had a terrible attitude when she did Tough start for the stay
