This stay was part of a business road trip. The property is conveniently located and was clean and comfortable. It's not fancy, but a good value. I would have no problem staying here again.

The stay was good, for traveling to family. They did not have a coffee/hot water maker, No USB plugs for phones, and squeaky floors. We did love the pet friendly option, for our four legged babies.

Very simple lodgings. Breakfast looked barely adequate so we opted to eat elsewhere. Everything was very clean, however. Room had lots of places to put your things, like dresser drawers.

Nice little hotel. We stopped one night traveling. Good breakfast and we loved that it was pet friendly - no extra charge for our dog. We would stay again

If you are using a debit card, they will put a $100 holding fee on the card until you check out. Even though you prepaid for the room using the debit card. It felt like I falling out of the bed when I slept near the edge of the bed.

Older property; noisy air/heat unit; lots of noise in room from surrounding rooms; everything bare bones.

Clean and quite, I would stay there again

My cousin and I had a wedding we wanted to go to in Hamilton, so my aunt booked this hotel for us as we are about four (4) hours drive away from home. We didn't know what to expect; however, upon arrival and went in to check in, we found the place to have been newly renovated, very nice, and very clean. Our room was also clean, had that "nice, new" smell, and the beds were quite comfortable. The staff were very helpful, friendly, and kind. The breakfast was good. The only thing was when we arrived we thought we were in the back of the hotel, but it was the front of the hotel. We were fine with that, but you may want to cue up the curb appeal by perhaps adding two large flower pots/flowers and/or something to make it known that this isn't the back of the hotel but indeed the front. Just a thought. Otherwise, everything was great! Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Everything was clean and the staff was awesome. I can say much about the area because we didn't stay around long, but it seemed good. We'll be staying there again.
