Check made me wait 30 minutes, refusing to grant access to the Executive lounge. Finally reception agreed they had made a mistake and that the executive room booked and paid for included lounge access: by which time the lounge had closed. Lounge hours are from 5-8pm - outside those times not even a tea or coffee is provided. Just to make sure they switch the coffee machine off... On check out I was billed again for the room despite having paid in advance in full through Expedia. Wifi connection frequently drops. On plus side when the coffee machine had a mishap and sprayed coffee all over me, they did pay to launder the shirt.
