A very nice hotel, lovely lobby offering complimentary coffee/tea, large well appointed room with fridge, microwave, very comfortable beds and wonderful complimentary breakfast!! Great location for theatre, outlet mall, St. Jacob's market, 10 min drive to downtown St. Jacob's.

Clean and quiet

We were pleasantly surprised by how clean and well kept the hotel was. Our room, hallway, elevator and lobby were immaculate. The pool was a good size, lots of options in the exercise room. The breakfast was one of the best we’ve had in a hotel for years. Lots of choices. It was also easily accessible to the local expressway. We will definitely return when we come back to the KW area😁

The room itself was clean and in good shape. However, I was disappointed that they refused to accommodate my gluten, wheat, and dairy allergy during breakfast. We were disgusted with the pool. There was a thick ring of dirt around the pool. With the amount of dirt, it looked like the pool was not maintained at all.

We were thankful for a early check-in at 12:30 as we had a long overnight flight, however about arrival we were checked into a wheelchair accessible room. While we didn't mind not having a tub, we noticed that the shower curtain in that shower was not long enough and the water escaped the shower area into the bathroom regularly. The water was warm but never hot. We did take this up with the staff who had offered to send a technician however for a very short 3-day stay we did not feel it was warranted however a notable mention for our departure. con, bed had a bug dip in the middle room 216. thankful for the staff and t

The beds were very comfortable. The pillows not to much. But the rooms were spacious and bright, clean and nice bathrooms.

breakfast was cold and drinks were not ready, they were empty including coffee and two juices. bread, no muffins.

We were on a quick trip to St. Jacob's and the location was great for us. Room amenities are ultra modern. Sign of the times I guess that there were no water glasses or plastic cups in the room and wooden eating utensils at breakfast.

Super close to the theater. Parking was very convenient. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Pool is a little small.
