I booked this hotel as there is a roof top pool bar etc as advertised. However, small pool no bar, no shaded areas to relax by the pool. Hugely dissapointed. Masala tea at bfast time, i request less milk no sugar and every day get the same milky tea, they just did not understand. I should have spoken to the chef. But i donot like to complain when it is to do with food. Staff were friendly. Room cleaning was good. But they take dressing gown and not replace...

Spacious room, great service. Modern and convenient.

A wonderful small 4 start hotel. Ideal for business trips. Good reasonable breakfast spread and good restaurant for dining. staff is very helpful and pleasant. Location is very good not too far from airport and central for shopping around Juhu with number of famous designers in the vicinity.

Housekeeping was amazing, very hardworking and hospitable staff cleaning and dining staff. Some of the front desk staff were not as helpful as others. The location of the hotel itself is in a poor quality area, Hyatt as a company should look to invest more into this location. The best part was the housekeeping and dining staff

Comfortable stay, decent rooms, location close to the beach, breakfast was the highlight for sure. Staff can be better trained in communicating with the guests as there was miscommunication at their end.

Sesame restaurant had amazing breakfast and dinner options. Rooms were quiet, clean and spacious. Food and Service was just awesome.

The property is located close to beach and shopping places. Overall staff for all services from check-in to room service is amazing. The breakfast and dinner options are great. I really enjoyed my stay and would recommend this hotel.

It’s such a clean and simple hotel with all luxury amenities. The check in was easy and fast, and the restaurant had some great food! If I’m in town, would love to stay here again!

The staff at the property were amazing they did everything that they possibly could to make our stay at the Hyatt centric an enjoyable experience. One of the standout staff members was the young man who was attending to our room cleaning house s name was Yorgendra he did an excellent job

Our stay was amazing . Everything at the hotel matched our expectations. The check in was quick and smooth The food was great - the food and beverage manager Mr Singh was very good humble and professional. All the staff were super great Renuka + Tejal very amazing- keep it up The Bar man - Shaun was extremely great. Keep up the good work Shaun . Lastly the front office assistant manager Mr Girin - truly professional and helpful . Great job Overoll it was worth a stay Will definitely visit again Rjs

Cleanliness of staff is not great. Dirty glasses and bad restaurant. Food is horrible, go to outside restaurant. This best a 3 star hotel, more like a short stay motel, good for one night not long stay. Worst Hyatt I ever stayed at. There are better option around Juhu, Novotel and JW.

Had a pleasant stay

This is more of a run down 2 star hotel, it smells, it’s not clean, there’s a below average restaurant downstairs with the same room service menu almost. The lobby has one sofa and a table and it’s dark. The house keeping staff are loud. They’re slow in service
