This hotel is fantastic. The staff are super helpful. Its certainly at an international standard with great bedrooms, amenities, roof top bar and pool, and the location right on Calle Crisilogo makes it easy to walk or tricycle everywhere in the city. The "clip clop" of the horse carriages is very quant. Parking in their nearby offsite lot is straightforward and secure. I will visit again to enjoy this place.

It has the look and feel of heritage site yet it’s very modern inside.. Water pressure was less desirable and the hot water was not hot enough.

Excellent hotel. Front desk gals, although very professional and personable, seemed to not fully understand some of our questions. They really try to help but sometimes lost in translation moments. We found the guards very helpful.

Everything was great only one thing I can complain about is you get charged for ice!

Cutest boutique hotel in the heart of old town Vigan city. We wish we could have stayed here longer because the service from the minute you drive up to the hotel front you are greeted warmly and welcomed in. The hotel is beautifully decorated, modern and clean. The 5 rooms I booked were all beautiful and my family loved that I found this cute hotel. Vigan is known for blackouts but the hotel has a generator so it did not interfere with our stay and our use of electricity. Only regret is we only stayed 1 night. We will definitely return and stay here longer!

Staff was welcoming and helpful. Also place was easy access to everything. However, the floor in the stairwell is slippery. My sister in law slip and almost rolled down the stairs. Our room was on the second floor but it was wood. My suggestion is to put a non slippery rug or carpets in the stairwells. There’s are others that almost slip down the stairs.

The hotel is very nice , comfortable and clean, easy access from the room to the lobby.The rooms are spacious, the bathrooms were well equipped with linens and toiletries.Every staff was courteous, friendly, helpful and attentive.Easy walk to the shops, restaurants and plaza. Excellent place to stay in Vigan!

Friendly staff, nice and clean room, breakfast limited menu .

Our room is superb, has toiletries, bath robes, beds are comfy, small fridge with complimentary bottled water, tea, coffee (with coffee maker), toilet has bidet. The entire staff are friendly from front office (shout out to Kyla) bell boy and our driver CJ. Also the guards always greet us with smile. Deck pool is good with the view of the mountains. We were the only ones in the pool so we enjoyed it a lot with a complimentary orange juice drink ( not cocktails) which is nice and refreshing. Btw the pool is not heated so go there in the afternoon. You will enjoy your stay with this grand hotel, oh it includes complimentary breakfast.

We stayed for three days and had a great time!

スタッフの気配りと部屋の掃除は、いいです。このホテルのプールでリラックスするのを楽しみしていたのですが15時過ぎになると若者何人かがクラブでかかるような音楽を流し出し気分を害しました。高級ホテルなのだから、そんな音楽を聴きたければクラブにいきますよ。あと、朝食券を引き換える時に若い女性従業員が朝食券を2枚取ろうとしました。明らかに意地悪をしようとしました。

A spotlessly clean and elegant hotel with all of the amenities one could hope for in a historic building. The rooftop bar, patio, and pool provide a comfortable space with a wonderful view. Do not miss.

Very comfortable hotel. Beaytiful design. Bar and swimming are very plaisant. Staff is good and taking care of the customers. And the food is good and the portions are large Perfect

Really enjoyed our stay!

Mooie kamer , centraal gelegen , zwembad en skybar , wat wil je nog meer ? Helaas door de receptie eerst een veel te dure transfer naar de luchthaven aangeboden gekregen , en was het ontbijt ook niet erg goed , anders hadden ze wel 5 sterren gekregen.
