Best Hotels in Rungkut, Surabaya

We had the junior suite, but the room was worn down, peeling paints on the wall, music in the alleyway was too loud it was hard to sleep, bathroom mat was unspeakably dirty, the bedsheet was not tucked in properly and when we saw what 's underneath, that 's when we decided to leave the property even though we still have a one night stay left.

I have problems with their crappy lifts! 😂 Both didn't have a working censor! You WILL get crushed by the doors if nobody is pressing the ‘ open door <>’ button from the inside 💀 This is a safety hazard, please fix this. And the view from the room … My god … The window was facing a building rubble. It was like staying in the middle of a war zone … They didn't even bother to fix the bathroom door handle. The screw holes were stripped, so the whole handle came off whenever I pulled it to close the door. I also asked for a spare key card, usually other hotels will gladly give you one as long as you pay a deposit. But they refused to give me one, because they said it was peak season? It was pissing me off. I know the staffs were only following the management 's instructions, but seriously what the fuck? You guys couldn't even give a spare key card? Quite embarrassing coming from a hotel chain in the same group with Aston. I had ever stayed in FaveHotel Bojonegoro & none of these grievances happened on my stay there. Oh, and the WiFi did NOT work. All in all, I will never stay here again, unless I absolutely need to stay in Rungkut.

The restaurant is super good. And the price is very affordable and have lots of variety.
