Hotels in Bengkulu Province

We came to bengkulu for a national event. The hotel was full booked. Breakfast time was crowded and the staff was slow in preparing and refilling meals, including fruits. The hotel should be prepared with such kind of events.

Bathroom and facility support need attention and upgrade into new style and fully fuction.

Always give good service in Xtra hotel, can't wait to stay again in next month.

Crews was awesome, very friendly and helpful. Problem only with food, the effort to make local food as part of the option was great, but have to chose the better ones as the flavor is bad and not showing the real unique taste of bengkulu. The shower in bathroom also need fixing as the water pressure is low. Will come back for sure as the crews is a major key on my every trip!

Bagus dan nyaman, kalo ke bengkulu selalu nginap disini. Ruangan bersih namun sangat disayangkan kemarin pesan kamar non smoking dikasihnya kamar smoking. Tutup tempat sampah jorok bekas abu rokok sundutan. Overall good. Worth as price.

Wifi signal vwry bad and could not connect. And the service is bad.

Nice place to stay for a couple of days. Close to some good restaurants and near the city center. Mosque (2) at walking distance. The hotel was very clean and well maintained. An elevator is available. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The room was clean, AC working very well. Nice bathroom, although a little small. Good shower, plenty hot water. No tap to take"Air wuduh"Water cooker gave problems (leaking) and was repaired a few times. However, in the end still leaking. The restaurant was clean and spacious. The breakfast menu was simple, but OK. Parking space is available in the front. All in all, a good place to stay and good value for money.
