I stayed in Tune KLIA-KLIA2 for 2 nights before returning to Indonesia. The check in process was fast and smooth, the staffs I met were really helpful and friendly, and food was great too. No wonder it is awarded best airport. All in all, it was a great experience.

Reached there late at 11.15pm. Immediately got our room. The twin beds were big, spacious enough for us. Didn't try their breakfast as it was Ramadhan so we just had our sahur in the room.

Saya dapat kamar 217 sebelahan dgn bilik fan, berisik banget sepanjang malam. Jadi tidak bisa tidur. Saya flight pagi dan ikut shuttle hotel ke airport jam 5 pagi. Jadi breakfast di take away, pas makan di airport, roti sandwitchnya sudah jamuran. Generally, yang lain oke.

Thank you for saving my night. The staff very helpful, kind, and fast. The location is quite far from KLIA1 and for the shuttle you have to wait 2 hours until the next shuttle. Small room but it 's OK for just transit 7-8 hours in Kuala Lumpur.

I got scammed. I found this room under the listing of Sunway Pyramid Hotel. When I reached the hotel, turns out, this room that I booked is under the management of Resort Suites. The room is old, the duvet smells like cigarettes even tho I booked a non smoking room. I did NOT get room service too even tho in the listing it says that room service is included.

The room is very clean, huge area & comfortable. Thanks to the helpful staff who manage to accommodate my requests. Will definitely stay here if I have to be in Cyberjaya for works/leasure. Highly recommended!
