Hotel dengan pelayanan terburuk, kamar kotor, bed sheet kotor, AC rusak dg suhu 16 derajat dan fan full masih tidak dingin. Komplain tidak di indahkan oleh mereka, pelayanan staff yang buruk. Bahkan titip makanan halal spt soto ayam di freezer walau diterima oleh staff restaurant tp sengaja tidak dimasukkan freezer. Sungguh menjijikkan kualitas dan pelayanan nya.

I could make an easy book with Apps. It helps me a lot. Thanks! I have a little problem with the hotel cattle which it was still plugged in and the heat was high. I want Horizon Nindya to be more careful on it. Overall it was a great stays.

Room comfy but the linen has to be change because looks like old linen. The breakfast good but to small amount. Others good, nice and very supported.
