Kamar kurang terawat, banyak wallpaper yg terlepas ujungnya dan kotor. Waktu masuk kamar pertama kali ada kecoa kecil. AC tidak bisa dingin. Hanya sedang saja.

Pertama kali menginap di Po Hotel, AC lobby sangat panas pas check in, staff sampai keringetan. Ini bintang berapa sih Po? Service gini amat. Masuk kamar AC tidak dingin, di cek teknisi katanya normal nanti juga dingin, sampai malem ga dingin, sampai tengah malam kita ga tahan dan minta tukar kamar, untungnya kamar baru dingin ACnya. Tolong ya gm po bisa lebih care soal masalah di bawah, masa Hotel sekelas Po, masalah AC segitunya? Sarapan ga enak rasanya, variasi banyak tapi ga ada yang enak menurut saya. Staff kebanyakan kurang ramah di restaurant, bisa di training ulang mungkin mengenai manners dan “how to smile” in hospitality industry. First dan will be my last staying here.

During this stay, due to the untimely housekeeping service, my family and I had to wait a long time for the room to be cleaned twice. I hope the hotel can improve its room service standards.

Room was OK. Breakfast was OK. Floor access was not exclusive to guests despite the elevator have key sensors, I stayed at 11th floor and public have access to the floor as well, tried other floors and same, you don't need room key to access the respective floors. TV programme was bad, very minimal choice and the picture quality is definitely not good and way below expectation.
