TV (hiburan) was not Good the kualitas TV is bad and I was asked additional 01 bottle water and they charge IDR 15.000. First I called Room services and they asked me to Call reseptionist after they asked me to Call house kipping and that not profesional.

No towel provided. I did check in at 3pm. And didn't find any towel for me to shower. Tried to call reception, room service, housekeeping and they said they will provide the towel but no dice. They said the towel is on progress cleaning. Total I called about 6 times and no sign towel coming up soon. I forced to use bedsheets as towel. Finally tomorrow at approx 8am the towel arrived for me to use after I go down to reception. Honestly the service is disappointing. The location is good and the room is clean. But that service is the only point I disappointed about.

Affordable prize, food was great, parking lot is big enough. Need more attention with functionality of toilet equipment, last time stayed there I need to fixed myself toilet push button (I believe I can do it, so I didn't call staff for assist), some parts are broken, the management needs to all rooms. The rest is quite satisfied, they served me well.

Good hotel with clean rooms. Unfortunately I went for breakfast at 9.15am, very little food, sausages was nit there, no top up, egg finish, no one to refill or cook extra. Fruits finish only pudding left. Food only left noodles, chicken fried small pieces and cabbage with long beans mixed. Poor menu. Hotel need to improve on breakfast menu and service.
