What kind of hotel, let alone a 5-star one, that did noisy room renovation at midnight? The duty manager was quick to apologize, but did not offer any compensation. Overall a weird experience.

Had the best time. Will definitely come back. I asked them to take good care of me because it was my birthday, they went beyond my expectations. The staff working on 31st March til 1 April at the club is amazingly attentive. The food was sublime. The room was upgraded and it was meticulously clean!

Super awesome! Friendly staff, nice driver, I remember his name — Kahfi, all the staff are super helpful whenever you have problems/issues, they will give you the best service & solutions. Last but not least, all restaurant units are very good and very friendly. Definitely will comeback!

We are so satisfied when we stay here! The concierge was Havidz and he just always help us with his heart and soul. Its a really compliment! Even my husband, its his first time to Indonesia and he just straight away falling in love with Langham and we will back to stay here again if we come to Indonesia! Thank you for the service and the beautiful room.
