Hotel room picture at app not similar with actual room. Air conditioning not working properly. Temperature setting 17 ° C by hotel from beginning but not cool. When check out time lady at front office, her name is Nabila, handling me at the same time she talking to someone on the phone.

Outstanding service from male Reception on duty (14 Febr'24 evening shift). He also handled my check out on 15 Febr'24. Clean room, simple interior but nice. We also have delicious breakfast here. All the best and success always to the Team of Whiz Hotel Falatehan Jakarta ❤.

This hotel is truly outstanding! The service is excellent, cleanliness is well-maintained, and the rooms are comfortable and secure. The food at the hotel is exceptional, delicious, and addictive. Its location is highly strategic, close to a supermarket and the Blok M shopping center. One of the best hotels I've ever visited. Highly recommended! The hotel is located next to the blok m bus station. I booked the hotel for my parents. They had quite a bad experience with the neighborhood. There was some gang fight during the night they went outside for a walk. Other than that the hotel itself is a OK.
