At the checked in, they said buffet breakfast included. And the next morning, I have to pay extra for a buffet breakfast.

The hotel is quite old. The toilet shower was clogged. Overall, the place is boring and not well maintained. There is not much to do, there is only one restaurant to eat. By evening, water bottles are no longer available at 7-11. Pastries sold at a cafe don't look appetizing. To go for a day trip is fine, one-night stay is boring.

I book a room for 6 people, the room is quite spacious and this is our first time staying here. I love that the staff are so friendly and prior to booking I left note in traveloka booking to give us room close to lift because we travel with eldery and sure they do. Our room was on 2nd floor and it is right beside the lift area. The bed are 3queen size tho they aren't really fluffy compare to my other stay but it is good for the back😄. No aircon, only ceiling fan and we need to open the window at night to keep the tempt cool. The shower is amazing! Overall we enjoy our stay and the access to shopping hall and restaurants are also very close.

Although the hotel is quite old, the facilities and rooms are very good and comfortable. The view from the balcony is also very beautiful. Will definitely come back here next time.

Drop by for a night stay before off to Cherating the next day. Parked at L1 which has direct pathway to Lobby area. Don't forget bring you TnG card for validation at reception before going out (To get free parking). Check-in took a bit while as there was a queue. Wish you could do online check-in system like Doubletree by hilton for members, hassle free check-in and check-out. And don't take deposit anymore as even 5-6 stars hotels I had been to don't practice that since room had been fully paid. Deposit must be in cash or credit card only, RM200 ya. Please make sure you guys have it. The best thing about this hotel are as follows:- Opposite two well known mall in Kuantan city area (East Coast Mall and Kuantan City Mall). All you want is here for shopping and eatery. Cinemas too. So you won't get bored even if alone.- Breakfast by hotel is suprisingly great in taste and abundant of choices.- Clean, tidy and look better on the inside although outside building looks like an office. Setback that can be improve:- Not fully soundproof, can still hear kids voices from room besides ours. Bring ears plug-in if you are a sensitive.- a lot of families with kids, so bear in mind if you a peace and quiet, try asking for room that is not nearby them (if possible).- Deposit of RM200 is absurb. Mandarin Oriental, Majestic, etc have not been taking any since covid. Please revise your policy. Other than the above, all is well. First time stay here, wanted to give it a try to see the level of hospitality and service provided in order to compare with other hotels of same star 😊.

This hotel need to upgrade item inside the room ie one mini fridge at least in the room. Should put AC inside the room as well because sometimes weather in Cameron is sunny during day time. Otherwise this hotel location is strategic, near to Nova Centrum and tue location attached to the mall building as well. Should be upgrade if can have room service as well, thank you.
