Lantai kamar kotor. Tidak ada handuk, keset dan alas kaki jika tidak diminta. Kamar tidak dibersihkan, meskipun menginap lebih dari 1 malam. Air minum tidak direfill. Saluran air kamar mandi berbau. Shower amenities hanya sampo, tidak ada sabun mandi, sikat gigi dan odol.

Strategic location, large parking lot, spacious room with affordable rate and offering many kids activities.

The staff is very friendly, and the location is easy to access. The room is generally clean, but some of the damp walls could be fixed, and some of the beddings (like the yellowing bedcover, should be cleaned or changed). Overall, this is a very nice hotel for the price.

Room was really convenient. However, food was lacking. Maybe improve the taste.

The hotel is in a strategic location and has a nice vintage feeling. My wife and I are happy with the design of the floor, the use of solid and old wood for doors and windows, and some of the decoration. The semi-open dining area, the tables and the chairs are antiques. Several issues prevented the stay a fully positive memorable experience. First, our specific request for a single bed (also based on the option in Traveloka) was not available, and the request was acknowledged by the receptionist (he referred to the different terms used in Traveloka and other provider and that our request was not reflected in his system although we showed him our voucher. Second, the pillowcase was not hygienic-we had to ask for change. Third, how the breakfast is served and the food can be improved. Lastly, we found piles of boxes and stocks in the public hand washing and toilet area. Not an interesting sight at all and showed that the staff did not manage it property well. All of these four are somethings that can be improved easily and I hope they change the next time we (try) to stay there.

Make better for breakfast menu.

Receptionist was not helpful at all & rude. Toilet was dirty not being clean properly, bed not in good condition. Not proper place for stay.
