Hotel generaly good for that prices, staff are good, the room was not to bad, ac were not cool, washbowl were blocked, remote TV can't turn off and Lots of ants on the room table.

I had a bad experience on the second day stay, someone sudenly open my room door without knocking, and looks like she was one of the staff hotel that train the new staff member. When I confirmed to the reception, they said sorry cause they give a wrong number room. Very bad it was my room. The other bad things was happened on the 14th April at 02.00 am in the morning. We get woke up because a loud noice came from down stairs, on the first floor (our room was on the 2nd floor), from the parking area of the hotel. It was an hour we hear many shouting noice, a lot of people was shouting. I heared like metal banging too and make me worried because our car was parked on the first floor. And when I looked down from window, I saw a lot of people walked around, get in and out of the door. At morning, when we check out from hotel, I asked the reception, and he said, the people was from the pub visitor that had shouting in park area of the hotel. I feel not secure to stay in this hotel, cause all of that things happened. I don't have a picture for those things, I just have a story.

Very noisy. Some kind of music playing on & on till 3am. Room is not clean … with some sort of tissue paper on the toilet floor when I check in.

Not what you expect from 3 star hotel. From first glance the room looks dirty and it turns out to be dirty, there ' s a tiny insect on my bed. The floor was sticky, the aircon wiper is visibly broken with tons of dust seen on filter, I could see tiny blood spot on the bed as well. I ended up staying at another 3 star hotel with 60 % price of what I paid here!
