Went to Senggigi and stayed at 3 different hotels. Katamaran was my favorite! Beach was beautiful, the sunset, breakfast buffet, the hot water and shower pressure was 100! Price-wise affordable, I think you get more that what you pay:) Will be back!

I stayed at a few properties of Louis Kienne in Semarang and Singapore. However, this one was my favorite amongst all. This gives a resort vibe, and it turned out that I loved Lombok so much because the beach was much cleaner. Their room was spacious and their air conditioner was good, had the perfect temperature, nice bed, and great sleep. Recommended!

Love this hotel! We stayed here for 3 nights last week. The room, the pool, the hotel are very clean. I didn't realized it last week, Until we moved to Holiday Resort Senggigi. The room was sticky, dusty and the bathroom has bad smells. We booked 4 rooms, all of them are the same. And today we are back again at Golden Palace Hotel. I can breathe better here lol. I will definitely be back to this hotel again, even though I don't really like the breakfast buffet but I can over look that. Love the cleanliness, love the people here, love the Location!

I've stayed several days there. The hotel offer stunning view (ocean and mountain) particularly from upper room (I forget the type) . But, if you don't get top room, you can still enjoy scenic view from pool and restaurant. rate is also wallet friendly 😁.

Unfortunately we only had one night to stop here. From the check in to check out service was very easy with a warm welcome from the front desk, the cleanliness of the room & hotel in general was spotless, the location is very strategic in the middle of the city with a beautiful garden that makes it more attractive/refreshing in the heat of the day. However on certain days or holiday seasons it can be crowded with local guests aboard buses, which you will need to organise your breakfast service hours in advance. I can only recommend this hotel and it is very reasonable for the money you pay per night.

FnB service really tip top. Never fail to serve us even when they were running with limited manpower (there is another event held on the side). Breakfast lady with a bright smile everyday. Thumbs up. Arrived hotel at 8PM which consider late, and room was not ready for check-in. Maybe they need time for last minute room decoration (husband special requested it but were informed earlier before the trip). A bit disappointment here, but the rest is fine. Booked a bath tub room and suprisingly it comes without a standing pipe 🚿. Turns out is hard, when you just wana take a quick shower. No hair dryer provided neither.
