Thank you for hospitality from all hotel staff especially for Mr. Rizal with a great welcome at check in at reception desk. Room was clean and comfort, yesterday TV 1 of our room was broken and got replaced. Hope the hotel could maintain the good services and facility.

Easy check in. No deposit. Clean bedroom and bathroom. Water heater & elevator available and I didn't have to wait for it. Cold Aircon. I couldn't turn off the fan. Clean towel, liquid soap-shampoo available but no toothbrush nor toothpaste. Water dispenser outside available. Great location. Worth the value than any other.

Stayed here due to the poor traffic, it was a pleasant stay. It was a stay that worth the price. A nice clean cozy room, the size of the room was perfect too. I had take away dinner from the restaurant, had a nice ox-tail fried rice with 2 big slices of fried ox-tail and a sunny side up. Food was worth the money. A good way to avoid fatigue of driving in a very poor traffic.

Horison Ultima Bekasi Hotel
Very good hotel on a nice location near mall. Room was clean and all the staff was very friendly. The breakfast was very varied with asian and western breakfast. I am glad that I choose the Horison.

Terrible service, bad staff's attitude, the room is so dirty, the bathroom is so disgusting. I will never ever stay in this hotel anymore. It's a 4 star hotel that even worse than a 2 star.
