Apartment in Blok M

Love everything about this hotel.

The parking system is real stupid. Every-time you are going out, when you are coming back, you must go back to the reception to register for the free parking, they can't do the free parking for the duration of your stay. This is a lot of work for your guest. Not to forget to mention, they don't have enough space for parking. Another thing is the elevators are too slow and awfully small.

Need more make over surroundings hotel, like pool area, parking area in front of lobby, bathroom - too old, but over all still convenience to stay here.

The AC was broken, it was so hot in the room. The WiFi was also bad, I had to call their staff three times just to get connected to the WiFi.

Everything is fine. The house keeping Mr. Hidir who clean up my room are very polite & hard working person.

It was my first stay here and also I had event at rooftop. All the service from fb team was great special thanks to Eka (sales). Only 1 thing make me disappointed, front desk who handle my check in said that my room will ready around 10mins but its not ready yet until 90mins then she didn't apologize or say anything. Please trained the front of the house how to be professional and attitude.

The AC was not cool really disturbing.

The staffs are very friendly and accomodating.
