Villa in South Semarang

Overall we had a pleasant stay. Staff are friendly and very helpful.

Parking too small and limited. Passway too narrow. Towel need to replace, colour no more white and smelly. Food taste below average for 4 star hotel.

Comfortable and central place from Semarang.

Had a fright cause a cockroach climbed inside the sheets. Room was not really spacious, kind of hard to pray in a tight space. The staff was friendly, the breakfast was okay. The price was middle range considering the hotel was in downtown. Beside what happened, the experience was okay. Might need to call pest away though.

Good location, need maintenance in some areas.

Cockroaches in my room… like lots of them. Floor was dirty… towels were in interesting color … my 3 years old son had allergic reaction sleeping on the bed. When we switched hotel after one night there, no more reaction from my son. Oh dear oh dear….

My stay at the hotel was exceptional. From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming and attentive, making sure I had everything I needed. The room was spotless, well-maintained, and had all the amenities I could ask for, including a comfortable bed and a great view. The hotel's facilities, such as the gym and restaurant, were top-notch, and the breakfast each morning was delicious. I truly felt pampered during my stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable experience. I will definitely be back on my next visit.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The bed was super comfortable, and the room had everything I needed. I loved the meal too. The location was great - it was easy to get around the city.
