A bit upset when the room being booked and paid earlier not available at the point when me and my family came to check-in. The staff gave us another room as replacement and other freebies as to compensate the cost that we have initially paid for the original room. Point I wish to highlight here is the coordination between the hotel as well as traveloka as to update the room availability. Sometimes, the situation really put us in difficult situation to disagree with the workaround solutions since we don't have much option left. It's all about customers experience and this experience will make me hesitate to usethis platform again in the future
The staff not friendly at all. And of course when its come to state problem, this hotel have some racism attitude. This is our first and last visit to this hotel. Will never repeat. I've paid for RM500+ they can said don't have any room under our reservation. This is too much also.
