Best experience ever! We were picked up from the hotel-harbor by car. Upon arrival at the harbor we exchanged tickets and were immediately directed to the east cruise gold orca ship, a very helpful guide, explaining and trying to ensure the safety and comfort of the tour members. What a fun experience, being able to snorkel, meet and see manta rays, and see the beauty of the Komodo islands. Would recommend this tour for family or close friends who will go to Labuan Bajo 👍🏻

A fun tour, I like all the destinations except Komodo Island which is a bit less interesting and boring, Pink Beach is the best, Padar Island is the best, Taka Makasar is the best, Manta Point is the super best. It's really good to use this one, it leaves earlier than the others and it's not too crowded so it's not too hot when you arrive at your destinations, the food is delicious. The boat is really clean, and the guide helps and teaches those who can't swim to dive (♡´∀`♡)

The trip is awesome. We went to 5 spots: Padar Island, Pink Beach, Komodo National Park, Manta Point, and another one I forgot (maybe Tika Makassar?). They picked us from the hotel at 6 AM and driven back to our places at around 4 PM. We were told all the information before going to each of the spots, like what to expect, how long we will be there, and answer all the questions we had. Attention to detail was good, they helped people to get off and in the ship with the steps and all, catering to different preferences for the lunch (even vegan options!), supporting people with snorkeling gears and helped them to navigate around the place, and even gave us hot coffee and snacks after a long time wandering at the sea. We were lucky to see all the attractions, the weather was good, all the komodos, sting ray/manta fish and turtles showed up, and the ships ran smoothly. Five stars for East Cruise and the crew, especially to Elias who was very calm yet disciplined (always making sure we were all counted before moving to the next stop) and Rico who was an informative and friendly guide! We felt safe during the trip and the experience was mezmerising!

Basically, from the beginning of being picked up at the hotel until being dropped off back at the hotel, it was very well taken care of. It was really worth it.

The ship we used was Gold Ocra, the crew was friendly, the explanation about the places to be visited was very detailed. The ship was clean and comfortable, if you want tea or coffee, just ask the crew and they will make it, snacks are also available. Mineral water is always ready, the crew moves quickly when someone is sick. Tour time is according to schedule, highly recommended using East Cruise... not disappointing.
