exchange and book process is quite easy. therapist is also very friendly and experienced. only the room is not soundproof, mall music can still be heard.

Penukaran voucher cukup mudah, dapat dilakukan di hari yang sama dgn pemesanan jika slot masih available. Terapis sangat berpengalaman (Thanks Mba Annisa & Mas Novi) dan saya sangat menikmati kunjungan saya ke Meiso. Satu hal yang perlu diperhatikan adalah terkait kekedapan suara dari luar. Saat sedang relax menikmati pijatan, dering telepon dari resepsionis area cukup mengganggu. Selebihnya baik sekali. Worth the money :)

I was very disappointed today, I already made a booking, but instead I came and couldn't get in at the booking time. People who didn't book were immediately given in. VERY DISAPPOINTED

As always their therapist skill really good. Forgot to ask his name though. Happy as always after the treatment. But I think Meiso must have a really strict policy in terms of cellphone inside the room. There's one customer beside my cubicle talking on the phone really loud, he was literally chit-chatting on the phone and the Meiso team didn't do anything about it. I have to put 'ssshhh' to him. Seriously you should upgrade this Meiso team!

just normal, nothing special

From the beginning the feet were not rinsed but immediately massaged without using lotion. The staff uses cloth gloves that are rough, torn, and have holes in them, so the massage hurts because the skin feels like it's being scratched, the final effect is to sting the skin.

Still one of my fave reflexology! Friendly staff, cozy place and clean too
