We have bought tickets online (via Traveloka) and arrived at the location at 16.30, there was no cashier on standby and it took a long time, more than 30 minutes to redeem the ticket voucher from Traveloka, hopefully the service can be improved in the future

Yes, it's quite good, you just need to pay attention to one of the rides, the chain is rusty and many of the protectors have come off, so it's risky if it gets scratched by children. Please respond to the management of Tropicana Cibinong.

indoor water play is very comfortable and you don't have to worry about it getting dark. The kids don't want to go home, the snacks are also cheap, the best thing is if Traveloka gives lots of promos or discounts

the swimming pool is like inside Ramayana. although indoor but there is a part that is open and can be seen from outside. for lockers and toilets to rinse outside the swimming area.
