for the time of arrival there were no obstacles, the facilities could be used without queuing, because there were not too many visitors, even though it was the weekend. but it was fun for a vacation together, so we could have fun together

The ticket exchange process took a very long time, we queued for more than half an hour standing just to exchange the queue ticket at the special Traveloka counter, this was because the officer served a family group who had just ordered tickets in front of the officer and because this was a 4-pay-for-three package, this group went through the ordering process many times, only those who were ready to redeem should have transacted at the Traveloka counter, this was just ordering in large quantities but not being served separately resulting in a very long and snaking queue, the officer was really unresponsive

Good, only the exchange time was a bit long because there was an obstacle in the front of the queue who did not understand how to use Traveloka. The officer should have directed the person next to help so as not to delay the others. Overall WBL is still good

Overall is good, but unfortunately for the payment method at the booth or stands can only use CASH, not cashless. Because we in Surabaya are used to cashless and make it easy, so we become dehydrated inside and not in the mood to do many activities. Hopefully in the future, hopefully it can be improved, to keep up with technological developments. Thank you🙏🏻

IT'S FUN, but I don't know why there's still something missing, aka there aren't many rides, there's only 1 water ride. I've been eyeing the water ride 8 years ago but it's no longer operational. For me, the road isn't as far as JP 1 and 2. The Maharani Zoo still has relatively few animals
