The staff is very friendly, there are many staff, they are fast. Unfortunately when I went there, there was only 1 toilet near the pool that could be used.

The staff could not handle the system disruption when exchanging tickets, they should have been able to use the correct ID card on Traveloka, visitors had to wait a long time and there was no solution, the rides needed maintenance because safety was very lacking, all the staff were friendly

The ticket exchange process is soooooo long. It's faster to queue to buy directly there. It took almost 30 minutes just to exchange a PDHP bracelet, the queue wasn't that long either. There weren't enough officers to check

Ticket exchange is served in the Maharani Zoo office in a friendly manner. Overall, Maharani Zoo and WBL are quite good and well-maintained even though the visitors are not too crowded. There are also many bathroom facilities.
