- How to use -

Eligibility: Adults (12 years and older), children (6 to 11 years old)
Set ticket contents: Includes a round-trip ticket for the "Oiso" Expressway bus and a 1 day ride-all-you-can pass for "Awashin Awahime Bus", Awaji City Route Community and Sightseeing Bus.
Usage period: Valid for 1 days from the date of first use. (Valid only on the day when you filled out the form or affixed the seal). It becomes invalid after validity is expired.
Redemption Deadline: Ticket redemption must be made within 2 days of voucher issuance.

With the "Awajin Awahime Bus", Awaji City Route Community and Sightseeing Bus One Day Unlimited Pass, you can ride at all stops free for one day.

We ask that guests wear face masks to prevent infection while inside the vehicles.
Please refrain from talking loudly inside the buses etc.

- Redemption Method -

• Set ticket expiration date: Valid for one day from first use. (Valid only on the day when you filled out the form or affixed your seal). It becomes invalid after validity is expired.

• It is possible to get on and off at Shin-Kobe Station or Sannomiya Bus Terminal. Please check the timetable (Japanese only) at the bus stops for departures and arrivals which differ depending on the bus.

• Designated JR Bus counter: Please present your electronic voucher (QR code) at the JR Bus ticket counter in Sannomiya Bus Terminal (Mint Kobe) and redeem it for a set ticket.

• Please inform the staff at the counter of your desired boarding date at the time of redemption. The staff will stamp the date stamp on the set ticket.

* All seats on the Expressway Bus are unreserved. Please note that if your desired bus is full, you may be asked to board the next available bus.

• Board the bus

1. Show your ride-all-you-can bus ticket when you get on and off the bus. Please board from the front door and proceed to the rear of the bus.

2. There is no need to pick up a numbered ticket.

3. All seats are unreserved, so please sit in a vacant seat.

4. Standing is not permitted as the bus operates on the highway. If the bus is full, please use the next bus.

5. Please fasten your seat belt while the bus is in motion.

• Disembarking from the bus

1. If there is an announcement of a bus stop to get off, please let the crew know by pressing the get-off button near you. If there is no notification, the bus will not stop.

2. When the bus has completely stopped and the door opens, proceed to the front door.

3. The bus crew will check your ride-all-you-can bus ticket. Please show the date on the ticket to the crew before getting off. The bus crew may request to see the front of your ticket as well.

• Boarding the bus

1. There is a single entrance near the front of the bus. Please allow persons getting off the bus to get off the bus first before boarding.

2. At the time of boarding, the bus crew will check your ride-all-you-can bus ticket. Please show the date on the ticket to the bus crew. The bus crew may request to see the front of your ticket as well.

• Getting off the bus

1. If there is an announcement of a bus stop to get off, please let the bus crew know by pressing the get-off button near you. If there is no notification, the bus will not stop.

2. When the bus stops completely and the door opens, proceed to the door.

3. Please exit the bus if you have a ride-all-you-can bus ticket.
