Important Information:
1. Make sure your device supports eSIM before purchasing. Press *#06# on the dial screen, and check whether "EID" shows. If it is not showing, it means your device is incompatible with eSIM
2. Refunds will not be accepted once the eSIM QR code has been sent
3. The signal may be affected by your location (such as indoors, underground, or in crowded areas), resulting in a switch to a slower connection.
4. This eSIM is only providing data service only.
5. Please print out the eSIM QR code in advance for installation. DO NOT save the QR code inside the phone that is going to install the eSIM.
6. One eSIM QR code can be used on 1 device only. You are not allowed to scan the same QR code on 2 different devices.
7. Please make sure to switch off the data roaming service on your own SIM card. Surcharges may occur if you switch it on.
8. To avoid international roaming charges, blocking the roaming service with your own service provider before your trip is suggested.
9. If the eSIM is damaged or you are facing any difficulties during installation or usage, please reach out to our customer service center immediately during your trip. The eSIM is non-refundable once you have returned to your own country.
10. Excessive data usage can result in reduced internet speed or a potential service disruption.
11. Coverage and data speed may vary depending on the network congestion at your destination.
12. Additional compensation such as roaming costs, overseas SIM card purchase costs, or transportation costs is not provided.
