Great location, easy parking and checkin. Back two bedrooms were good but front bedroom was very bright and extremely loud with pedestrian crossing light all night! Carpets need cleaning as after showers childrens feet were black from grime on floors. Dead cockroaches kept appearing, sheets and towels shoved in cupboard and not even folded.

very good place in the middle of the city . easy to travel . free parking at the property . clean and tidy kitchen .

Very close to Adelaide Oval and restaurants etc.

Last minute booking over Christmas period. Location is good. However out dated children got bitten and ended up having to cram onto two singles. We will never stay here again but the communication was excellent.

Although the property is quite old it was reasonable for what you expect at the price I paid. It has everything you need on hand.

Very clean, close to city .

Please, Apartment was not clean, in two sensible areas the sofa, and the bottom of the dinning table was with a hard drop of old marmalade, the carpet is asking, for a deep steam c;leaning, Some of the cutlery was quite dirty, like used and store it with out cleaning. The whole of the bottom of the main doors, is not helping to keep the , aircon working. I'll send a video later.

Conveniently located. Very noisy from street and neighbours talking.

Curtains in bed room didn't even met. Could see through the blinds into other room even thou they where shut. mould on the roof in the bath room other rooms where clean.

Stayed here with family and was adequate for our footy trip. Have stayed before and the 3 bedroom apartment is reasonably priced for a family. Good proximity to Adelaide Oval ,Cathedral Hotel and North Adelaide eateries. Beds are comfy and spacious bedrooms. Staying again soon.

It was close to a Function we were attending, so we could walk

Our apartment was terrible from the moment we walked in. A thick smell of cigarette smoke was through the entire place, especially the double room. The bathroom had multiple mould spots and the towels were covered in dark stains. Multiple of the doors and walls had what i presume was chocolate smeared along them and the floors we covered in dirt. Street noise also made a good nights sleeps impossible.

Not great but adequate

The place is old. The kitchen did not have any knife.the floor was dirty . I cleaned it twice when we arrived there. The washroom is good. Easy check in. Noisy

EXTREMELY disappointed with this stay. Communication from staff via the phone was ok, but that is where the positive things end. Door could not be closed properly. The window was permanently locked into a partially open position, which allowed excessive noise to come in. And the noise from other apartments? My goodness. I had the worst sleep of my life staying in this place. I would give a zero star review if I could, and would also demand a refund. I rented this hotel for around 12 hours as I needed some sleep after arriving from an internationally flight. From the moment I arrived I realised I was not going to get much sleep but I tried anyway. Doors were being slammed all night, thumping footsteps from above, and either side. It was terrible and I strongly urge anyone who doesn’t sleep with earplugs in to not stay here. Terrible place.

This property was great as a location for the hospital and short walk to O’Connell street to grab something to eat.

Neat and tidy, all inclusive unit. Good shower system and water pressure. Reception staff were pleasant to talk to and helpful the whole way through.
