Great experience, the staffs so friendly, when i was check in, the wifi in my room cant connect quickly, i told to the staff in the receptionist but still cant connect then i met the staff in the corridor so i told him, no need much time, the problem was clear...

all staffs are very friendly and easy to talk with. one of our room is upgraded by ms. Karina from the checkin counter so our 2 rooms are closeby and setting our twinbed tobe one big bed so we can sleep very comfy.. we even got extra time from guest service to do shalat before we checkout and upon checkout we received yummy cookies, makasii banyaaak -)

Lots of photo spot, beach is safe for children.

the location is easy to reach, the cottage have a sea view. the room is clean, but the sheets, pillows, and blankets are a bit rough, so it might a bit itchy for some people. it would be great if breakfast had more variety. the hotel staff is very polite & friendly.

Dirty Bathroom, Dirty Rooms, Old Furniture, Facility need Repair and upkeep. Very less staff. No Buffet Breakfast. Not recommendedfor Stay.
