First of all it wasn't good experience. Totally very bad experience! It's horrendous experience! We are coming and choose this place cause we thought we're going to have nice stay in local villa with nature surrounded by bromo atmosphere celebrating a birthday. We checked for the hot water immediately when we arrived cause that what we care the most after long drive (12 hour driving to bromo) and long day sunrise trip, Mr. Tris was there and he is the man who supposed to take care of us. And what a surprise that the hot water doesn't work, we wait almost 45 min for that. They said they have problem with the water pump, we got disappointed and they start to offer us another villa which is not far, well another bombshell there, yes correct the water is working but the pressure was so slow and the painting on the wall looks already old and covered by mold, the villa looks creepy and not well maintained, totally different picture than the one we saw on app. Completely different. So disappointing. Of course we can't take this villa and stay there with mold around the wall. We stay in the mountain that suppose to get fresh air and should we breathing from mold around the wall? IT's not okay at all and not healthy! Paying fully price for 2 people and get this kind bad service. We decide better to leave this place, and not deal with it. We're asking if possible to get the refund money since a lot of problem in the villa and we even not stay there. Our luggage was sit in on the floor in the terrace. We called the man who is the manager of this place and he start the drama story and end up by hang up on me. Very unprofessional and rude. I'm sorry but it's ashamed. He mentioned maybe if we want we can wait for them to fix the pump means waiting another man coming from nowhere and fix it and don't know how long is gonna be. Of course no way we gonna wait more we are leaving. We just want hot water, shower and relax. So simple. I don't recommend this place at all after what happened with us, Unprofessional cause they should check everything before someone get it, and shouldn't hang up on customer or guest while on the phone.(I called him again yesterday just to ask but he never answer my called even once). And they must refund the money cause all these problem coming from them.
